Went in, with every intention of purchasing a pair of sandals priced at 145ish. Was in the process of deciding on which color I liked when my daughter stated she had to go potty! The female employee stated they did not have a bathroom! Um ok, I had no choice but to pack up my three littles and leave. I was shocked and confused as to how a business does not have a bathroom. I ended up purchasing a pair of sandals from a chain store that had a bathroom! So much for shopping local!

I’ve shopped at Carl’s shoes for years: spring and fall. Stepped in to get my fall shoes and was insulted by the owner because I had black eyes from my eye surgery a week prior. Before the insult, I made a purchase for $200; I didn’t even receive a thank you. Last purchase I’ll make at Carl’s Shoes.

Great experience and selection. Kim was super helpful and answered all my questions in my search to find a new workout shoe that I could comfortable run in AND lift in. I had concerns about the shoe not being flat enough to dead lift with, but she had two really great options.

I also bought another pair of sorels which has become my favorite shoe brand for summer sandals and winter boots and now sneakers since they have started carrying them.

The dog is cute too.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly and helpul. Will spend as much time as needed until you find the perfect shoe for you. I needed a shoe that would work with a foot brace, and they helped me find shoes that would work with it. Have recommended to friends and family. Will definitely go back!
