I like diamonds 💎 😋 so I shop around different places.. this shop has layaway, I like that..

My only problem with this store is 1 of the male managers..
He made me feel shitty for being there.
Like beneath him or something, it's very awkward.. Not to mention, if I asked to see something or ask about a particular item, he acted like I was asking him to walk through fire..
The other fella was very polite!

People prove my point over and over. If you don't like people, or you don't have the decency to not make them feel "less than".. then you need to get a job that doesn't require you to have even the most Basic Communication skills.. stocking in the back of the store or something.
It's costs nothing to just smile or compliment someone.. do we really have to go back to grade school and learn all over again about respecting others and yourself, and self-worth, manners in general 🤔

Manager is an A$$&@?E!! It Definitely needs way better management! I cannot believe that a pawn shop this big allows so poor management! I happened to stop by on a weekend (Saturday) towards the end of the day so of course it was busy which it’s totally understandable! So I waited patiently and when it finally came down to my turn I asked about to jewelry pieces and just cause it was 5 minutes till 6pm closing time the manager rudely refused to even consider what I have to offer or say!! Price it’s the price on the label which it’s not true! 🤬 I have been to way to many pawnshops and there is always room for improvement as long as it’s reasonable! He just didn’t want to budge

I went to cash American pawn today to sell a 14k ring that was worth $900 with the price of gold at that particular time . Now I understand it's a business and they have to make money to stay in business. So when the employee ask what I wanted I told him $600 knowing it would leave $300 profit when they sold it . The employee had to ask the manager if they could give me my asking price. The manager said no way the best he could do was $275!!!!! It floored me that he offered less than half of its worth claiming he had to make a profit knowing that he would be putting at least a $900 dollar price tag on it when all he had to do is melt it down and get $900 for it . I am very discussed at the manager for treating me like a crack head .I don't need to sell it the only reason I wanted to sell it is I work construction and it would be ruined.To me he just tried to rob me . Maybe he needs some training on dealing with people and not to be greedy. I personally know 20 people that I turn on to this pawn shop well I already spoke to half of them and they will not go there anymore, and I will get ahold of the rest to let them know.Word of mouth is powerful advertising it can make or break you .

I love this place omg the staff here is so nice, very attentive and very clean store! Lots to choose from a great variety of everything you need! I am a huge jewelry person! They have Estate jewelry, Beautiful wedding rings, 14kt with lots of weight and really affordable. TV's, bicycle's, game's you name it...Bam!!! But I really want to thank Ruthy for her patience and kindness and just being such a pleasant person, she really made my day! Thank you 💖

My first experience coming in at this location, Caroline and Ruthy are very sweet welcoming and, experienced they understand people and products very well. My experience with Assistant manager Phil was awful, he is very unwelcoming,smugish and, has no experience with Jewelry period. He literally made me want to leave the store and never come back, unfortunately I needed money. Thank you Caroline for being one of the few great people left in the world; Shame on you Phil, you should not be an assistant to anything that has to do with HUMANS PERIOD!.

Reggie & the one manager Ruthy were a really great help for us today. We were on official company business and they let us test the consoles we were buying for our stores, and was very patient with us despite it being a whole 2 hr+ process with multiple calls to the company owner for transactional permissions. They also had a very good sense of humor, a real “rolling with the punches” kind of group that felt entirely too down to earth. They’re also respectful of your sense of identity, and they all work very well together. They communicated with one another frequently during the whole process and managed to almost seamlessly handle other customers while dealing with us as well. Their overall sense of teamwork and community within themselves and their customers is remarkable, a lot of the folks coming in being repeat customers over the years who share trust in them. An amazing experience altogether.
