I am also disappointed in their buying process! I should’ve read the reviews before going. You hand them your bag of clothes, wait until they’re ready to give you your total and they have you choose cash or store credit. I had one bag of baby clothes and one bag of adult clothes which were all almost new with no stains on anything. My son distracted me and I forgot I had name brand adult clothes so when I drove off I realized I got ripped off. They offer me $27 for almost everything and one jean were over $100. They do not break it down for you at the register. Don’t make my mistake and not pay attention. Make sure to ask questions and break it down for you how much is for which clothing. Mind you they sell purses for $100 and a used Minnie Mouse bike for $80. I feel like they could help out the people trying to sell their items and pay us a little more than 3-5%

Disappointed in their selling process. I brought in a gently used baby swing and they only offered me about 5% of the retail price. I recommend selling direct to someone else via Facebook Marketplace if you have time instead of bothering to bring it to them for an insulting offer. They have a large selection of second hand baby gear, but it’s overpriced. Wasn’t impressed by their toy section either.

Caterkids is an AMAZING buy & resale store for all moms, kids, & soon to be moms. They have a wide selection from clothes, toys, baby gear, & even a section for moms! (LulaRoe & handbags) I always find myself going there for one item then end up coming out with 10 for less than $40! If I bought 10 items outside of this thrift shop I would be spending an easy $100 or more! That’s why I love coming here & will continue coming here! Unbeatable prices always!!! The owner & her staff are always nice & greet you when you come in & go out. Hands down THE BEST thrift shop for babies! I always refer my friends & family here! No other place I’d go for my daughters things ?

Came here to find some much needed baby clothes for our newborn that's about to be arriving. Walked in & ended up coming out with so much more!!!! Everything was in good condition & the pricing was so much better than what I could find at goodwill. So glad I found this place & will be a returning customer

BEWARE OF SELLING AS WELL AS PURCHASING HERE!! I took a bag of clothes in and they took around 30 items and wanted to give me $10 or $15 in store credit. I have consigned clothes for many years in many different states and this place will rip you off. They will buy from a seller at such a low value and then up charge almost 1000%. Meaning they will buy a piece of clothing for .07 and sell it to someone else for $7.00 I always loved to buy second hand and have for many years. However, now that I know they take advantage of the customers and the sellers. I will not purchase nor sell to them again. Please be very careful of this place they will take full advantage of you and your hard earned money.

Great place to save, great service, wife and I have saved thousands by shopping here. Highly recommended for any family. No it's not over priced as some might say, best prices I have seen and I have shopped second hand stores around the world. Oh...and you might even be able to haggle the price a little. 5 stars.
