Received a preordered toddler pajama today. Thin cheap material that I will not have my grandchild wear. Also the colors look like they have been through the wash with bleach a million times. Huge disappointment. And they don't apparently take returns. Wish that had been made clear before I ordered. They are headed to Goodwill. Do better Cecil and Lou!

Cecil and Lou has the very cutest baby and children's clothing options. They are unique and high quality, I always get the best compliments when my twins wear Cecil and Lou. In my experience their customer service has been quick, responsive, and helpful.

I pre-ordered Christmas outfits for my children in August; they said it would be shipped mid-November. It's now November 28th and I've heard nothing from them. I inquired about expected delivery date and was promised communication within 24 hours, and have gotten nothing in return. There is no phone number published to be able to call and talk through this with somebody. The customer service is non-existent. They took my money and ran. If you're reading this review, they never reached back out to make things right.

No returns or exchanges! Not well publicized on their website. I'm stuck with an outfit that will work for about 2 weeks for my baby. Nice product really, beautiful clothing, but not worth the cost of shipping, slow customer service response and inflexibility. Won't shop again, won't recommend.

Do not order from this business. They told me to return item for a store credit or exchange (at my expense), I did. I then got an email saying they could exchange or issue store credit because it was a sale item and wanted to charge ME to return ti back to me! Terrible customer service. Look at other places to purchase what you want!
