Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I walked in to get a screen protector for my 16 pro max. There was a man being helped at the little desk up front. And then there was a small group of young people in front of us being helped next. The girl from the back came to speak to the group as they spoke Spanish. Nobody even acknowledged my boyfriend and I standing in line waiting to be helped after the group was helped. Even though they looked at us several times, they never said anything. We ended up just walking out since it was clearly a waste of time being there. We will go else where for phone items.

Went in today for a iPhone 14 case and got the screen protector free! Their service is always great and they were very kind. This is probably the 4th or 5th time I have gone, and they always have the best prices.

I took my phone in because my son dropped my phone at Walmart and the screen shattered…… I know it looks like it was surface damage…. I spent $80 for them to bust my speaker and put a non-authentic screen. They must not realize that Apple tells you that it’s not a real Apple screen. My phone has been tripping since I got this screen put on to the point where now I’m going to have to literally buy a new phone. Thank you so much for ruining my phone if I could give you zero stars, I would. $80 down the drain just so I could spend almost $2000 on one

Had to get a new cover for my phone. This place is where I go first. My phone is a 2022 model and if anyone had one, it would be Cell Phone Station. I've been coming here for 6 yrs now. Always satisfied with my purchases. The staff there is always friendly and professional. Give them a visit, you won't regret it

The level of service was outstanding. I arrived with my son’s phone because he had broken his screen and he was about to leave on an international trip. It was near closing time when Maribel took such good care of me. She was empathetic, and welcoming. She didn’t rush me. Instead, she listened to me and got to the task at hand. Wonderful! Thank you so much @cellphonestation

I came here to figure out what was wrong with my phone and Trent was so much help. Definitely the best cell repair in Searcy!
