I recently visited this location just to browse, but ended up leaving with a perfume and lots of advice. Michelle helped my friends and I find the perfect scent to take home and boost our confidence. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning and looking out for her face when making my next selection.

Amazing customer service by Diana. I had been looking for a particular eyeshadow shade that had been sold out everywhere. Diana took the time and went above and beyond to help me locate the item. Amazing!

I am in love and so in shock with the Chanel Boutique at Valley Fair! It is inside the Mall!!! It is so amazing such a relief from the yellow zone and long lines and by appointment at downtown sf. The display far beats San Francisco as well bite more so the staff such graceful and perfect SA’s- Sheila, Yvette, and Manny are the most helpful sales associates ever in the universe! Chanel no.1 sold out by the time I got there but I was able to get 2 eyeliners, hair mist, body lotion, body and facial oil, makeup brushes, and every sunglasses! I have not ever been so happy with all of their wisdom, experience, and love for these products as well. This is a wonderful creation and I can’t wait for more! It is sure to happen- Thank you Chanel @valley fair!!

i had a great experience! the manager (fatima) helped me out with finding a shade for a skin tint and was super sweet and helpful. she sat me down and helped me with multiple products and gave me free samples. fatima was super nice, well educated and professional. i'm 16 and it's hard to find adults who will be kind and helpful to such a young teen, but she was amazing. highly recommend coming here! i ended up purchasing the face tint and it's amazing.

Extremely friendly environment with wonderful and helpful staff ready to answer questions and find what you need, (or didn’t know you needed). First time I came I was helped by Yvette, and she introduced me to exactly what I’ve been looking for in a foundation for years. I didn’t even end up purchasing that night, but after all the wonderful samples she gave me, I tried them out and fell in love. I literally came in the next day to purchase their water fresh tint foundation and my skin looks so radiant and healthy. I was also helped by Priscilla and Sheila and they were so accommodating and helpful. They introduced me to AMAZING perfumes and skincare that I have also now fallen in love with. Chanel is a luxury brand that definitely has its price point, but not once did I ever feel pressured to purchase right away. The staff are very knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable with the products in store and at home. I will never buy Chanel beauty at any other counter, I love the staff here!
