Was told my shoes would take about a week. Called several times, but phone not working. Stopped by, shoes not ready. End of week I was told. 2 weeks later finally got call that they are done. When I went there my shoes looked like they were fixed in 5 minutes. Not happy!

Not only were we assisted in selecting the correct color of blue shoe polish for my mother's shoes, but the employee/owner? polished the shoes for her. She kept exclaiming that her shoes looked brand new.

Love your Beautiful new store! Great variety of proper fitting -good for the feet shoes! The store is clean, well lit and spacious. In my opinion, this store is just what this area needed! Oh and, they put new straps on my leather purses ~ quality workmanship!

They had a pair of boots we had been looking for for months! We wanted to find a place that had wide sizes and we could try them on without ordering online. We drove an hour and a half to get here and it was well worth it! They have great customer service and even stretched the boots out in a tight spot so they fit perfectly from day 1! We will definitely return!
