I have shopped here for many years. I was at a different nationwide adult store recently and the clerk kept insisting that what I was looking for was no longer made/company was bought out. I walked right into Cirilla's today and not only did I find that specific product, but also a wide variety of them. Should have come here first.

It was my first time in a place like this two days ago and I had such a good experience, despite my first-time anxiety. I came in shortly before close so I didn't have time to really look around, but the lady was super nice and friendly. I returned last night and the employee I encountered was so helpful and friendly! They helped me (a beginner) find all the right items and accessories I needed and I felt very welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat customer here.

Update. I went back to pick up a few more things a couple days ago and the same lady I mentioned before helped me. This time she was very polite and professional. I appreciated that very much. I will continue to be a faithful customer at this store as it keeps my marriage spicy happy and most importantly NOT BORING- Thanks again!-- I shop here once every few months and I’m usually greeted by a sweet woman NOT TODAY. Natalie might have just had a bad day. But wow, maybe a different job?! Extremely rude. So utterly annoyed with questions any questions. Ask for shoes, seemed like I asked for a kidney. If looks could kill I would be gone. This woman has no business being in the customer service department. If the sale wasn’t great I would have thrown everything down but I had to grab the 50% off shoes for my husband. He loves when I dress up. Cirillas I love your store but she needs a lot of customer service training. Wrong person for any customer service position.

Second time in this store and I love it. First went to lovers lane and the associate just kept pushing for us to buy the more expensive products, and wouldn't let us settle for a cheaper product since it was the first time buying a toy, we wanted to try it out first, so we left and came here. The worker was awesome. Not pushy at all. Checked on us and let us look around. She was great. Recommended a great product for cheaper and let me tell you it works wonders. Will definitely be returning for other needs.

I just want to say that Nicole is by far the best employee that I've ever experienced at this store! She was very informative and had an amazing personality. She definitely made our experience at the store a 100 times better. I hope when we go back she's working! Thank you Nicole!

Hidden behind the panda express and speedway off of broadway and 30 but once found it's a blast to be there. The ladies working are very knowledgeable and kind. They don't push deals on you but always suggest products you may like better...thank god because I almost got a boring toy for the same price as the cool one I got!

This is a little hard to find store tucked behind other Stores in a run down lot. It doesn't have a vast variety of things. And what they have is outrageously overpriced. (Do they know they're in Merrillville INDIANA?) 😉 Go to Amazon or Ebay people. The clerks don't even look up or greet customers when they walk in. No sales on anything ever. Not even after the holidays. I was looking for something to wear for Christmas but they don't even carry holiday costumes/lingerie. I'm not sure how this store stays in business. And they are not getting mine.
