Initial consultation, Jill was nearly 2 hours late. She requested a list of “must haves” and “wants, if it fits in the budget” within 2 weeks. We complied. Nearly 2 weeks later a second appointment was scheduled for measurements 2 weeks in the future. We’re now over a month from initially contacting CJM. The day of measurements has arrived. The appointment was set for 5 pm. By 6 pm we had not heard from Jill. My husband texted Jill. Within 2 minutes, she apologized, offered to reschedule, and then told us we weren’t a good fit In my line of work, if I’m going to be more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, I believe my customer is worthy of a phone call to apologize and let them know my new ETA. We’re genuinely glad to know this is the manner in which this company does not value prospective customers before learning how this company does not value active customers. We understand busy, but a text message, at the very least, would have been appropriate.
