I bought a PVC roof repair kit for about $600 in a year and a half it started cracking and leaking and it's been about 3 and 1/2 years now and the whole roof is cracked none of it is sticking to the plywood and I installed it to the T to their instructions. Ruined my whole trailer and they try to say it was my fault because I used their glue that they said must of froze, that they sent me. when I live in California and they're in Indiana so obviously they sent it to me when it was frozen but it's not their fault they claim because I live in red bluff ca. and they say that's way colder than Indiana. This is the worst company ever.

I purchased a PVC roof kit from Class A Customs in March 2022 and installed it in May 2022. The pictures are the condition of the material when installed and then in November 2024. The company sold me a roofing membrane that failed in less than two years and offers no support because I did not register a warranty when I bought the kit.

Be aware that this company is willing to sell a product that is not fit for the intended purpose and won’t even return a phone call to discuss the failure.

I bought a stainless steel sink measuring 13" x 15" to replace the plastic sink in our Roadtrek camper van. The quality of the stainless steel sink seems to be really good. It's slightly deeper than the original sink, so I had to trim some plywood underneath to make it fit perfectly. To secure the sink, I used four 4mm threaded rods that I purchased for only $7 from Amazon. It fits perfectly and looks great. Plus, it was way more affordable than buying the same sink on Amazon. The shipping was fast too. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product, the transaction, and the shipping.

I bought a 66 gallon tank from them that failed in only 2 months. It’s leaking at the seam of their spin weld fitting and flooded the vehicle. No response from them yet. I will update my review if they resolve the issue.

Update, I knew their warranty process would take forever so I ordered another tank to get it quick. I asked that they just refund me for the new tank. Instead without checking with me they just shipped a new tank out. So now I have 3 tanks on my hands. I asked them to refund the other tank I had purchased. Even knowing the shipping cost would be on me. No response. I filed a PayPal dispute and we will have to see what they respond with.

Ordered a roof kit and when I received it, it was dinged up pretty bad like they had dragged it across concrete with rocks and then walked on it. Found a small hole in it and emailed them with pictures. After about 2 wks they finally responded and said there was no way it had a hole in it from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
