Edited: McClearys is still my favorite shoe store. Andrew spent an hour helping my husband and myself get orthotic type shoes for our son’s wedding. He picked out what would work with our physical and fashion needs. My husband tried six pairs. I tried four. After checking us out we spent time in the sales department and we found some great shoes for people with orthotic problems half off. Some shoes we tried weren’t on the floor but he knew his stock and knew what we needed so he went back to the storage room to get them. So patient kind and informed. He even did quick orthotic adjustments for my husbands new
Shoes. Amazing place. Great selection of shoes. They also offer advice to those with feet problems. I have heel spurs and Andrew makes customized orthotics that were recommended by an orthopedic surgeon. I made an appointment with Andrew. He placed my foot into a mold. The mold will be used to make the cushioned orthotic. An appointment must be made. It didn’t take long. He was very efficient, thorough, kind, and reviewed a large selection of possible shoes for my problem, but wouldn’t sell the shoe until we know if the orthotic fixes the problem. He doesn’t just try to sell a shoe but will try to fit the shoe to the individual.

Two things in life to never get cheap quality; shoes and a mattress. They have a great assortment of whatever your footwear needs are. I came in from out of town and needed a pair of work shoes. I stopped in because of the reviews, and got a very comfortable pair.

The entire staff at clearys is amazing. They were extremely helpful and have just about any type of shoe you could want. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new shoe. They are worth the trip.

Best place to go for your feet, back, knees, and customer service!!! Andrew and his team take excellent care of each person walking through the door. I’ve been shopping here for years and am still amazing each time I leave at what a pleasant experience I have had there. I’ve ordered shoes, had customizations made, and repairs.
