I love this store! I have bought so many great pairs of shoes here over the years. All unique and uniquely perfect! Just the shoe I needed and I didn’t even know it til I saw it!

Great quality products. My Cougar shoes are THE BEST! They are honest and can help you order a different size if needed. I’d guess most shoes are $80-$200, but my favorite pair of flats were $50.

Clothes are cute too and various price points as well. Paula, the owner, and Annie are very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is my favorite shoe store in Chicago, if not the world. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the last few years... but I'm so glad. Click is the only store that I can and have spent 4 hours in just cause, especially on nights where the usual crew is working and the wine is out and plentiful. Their clothes are great as well. Lauren has completely redone my wardrobe, and I'm so glad -- I feel much more confident with what I'm wearing and my fashion options - and I owe most of that to them.

I recently moved to Lakeview and was happy to discover Click Shoes. The store stocks a fun collection of shoes and I was able to find a couple of pairs that I love. I am giving the store a low rating because of the lack of customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes and was told that it would take up to 10 business days to arrive. After waiting for over two weeks to hear from the store, I went in to ask about my order. The employees could not find it! Given the length of time that had passed, I asked for a refund. I was told that I needed to speak to the owner. The owner called me the next day and said that she would follow up with their supplier to find out what happened to my order and get back to me in a couple of days. I did not hear back from her so I went back to the store. I could tell by the expression on the owner's face that she was surprise to see me. She told me that the supplier (Clarks) sent the wrong size (10 1/2). I checked on Clark's website and the shoes that I ordered do not come in size 10 1/2. After over 3 weeks of waiting I finally got a refund and a half hearted apology. At the very least I would have expected the owner to offer a discount on another pair of shoes. The prices at Click are higher compared to chain stores given that it is an independently owned business and I am willing to pay but in return I expect to be treated like a valued customer that you would want to come back to your store again. Sadly I will not be returning to Click.

Was in town staying nearby and my feet were killing me from all of the city walking on our trip! Looked for the nearest shoe store and found Click was just 4 doors down. I found two pairs of comfy and cute shoes that saved my feet and my trip. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Wish they had a store in my hometown! Thanks Click!

Horrible experience. I walked in and no one greeted me at all. Not only that, I was looking at clothes and the sales woman literally shoved me and then didn’t apologize. Minutes later I saw her on the other side of the store and she stared at me and still didn’t interact with me. Extremely snotty, stuck up, and rude here. Made me feel unwelcome and out of place. Not to mention, I would’ve spent a lot of money, but maybe they didn’t like me because I was wearing sweatpants and no makeup 🙂 Never getting my business as a neighbor to this business !!

I love it here. Great place to foster or start a shoe addiction. Unique shoes as well as the basics, but all with a focus on comfort as well. I've got heeled shoes from here that I wear all day teaching. Staff is knowledgeable and so nice.

Amazing boutique shoe store in southport corridor!! Way way way way better than Lori's on Armitage....they have amazing customer service (Lauren is the best)!! Fun selection on shoes for style, sass and comfort! Shoes for every lady and they have great clothing too!
