As a former office consultant with a keen eye for office culture and team morale, I have to say—Clothes Mentor absolutely nailed it! This was my first time shopping here, and the atmosphere was not only fun but genuinely motivating. The two ladies working the front were so authentic with every customer, I honestly just wanted to sit and hang out with them!

I had the pleasure of working with Tatiana—she was personable, stylish, and incredibly helpful. From a business growth standpoint, she really impressed me by getting me signed up for the rewards program, following them on social media, and even writing this review. Tatiana deserves a raise!

I have been shopping at Clothes Mentor exclusively for a little over a year. My wardrobe is better than ever. I loving getting designer pieces for astonishingly great prices. The entire staff is always helpful and extremely friendly! I recommend this store to all my friends and family!

I was lost trying to figure out and match an outfit for an event I was going to this weekend. Tatiana was so very helpful. She picked out and matched everything I needed from the pants to the shirt, right down to the shoes. She made it such wonderful experience today I can’t thank her enough. My entire bill was less than buying one item at a store in the mall. I can’t say enough how much I love this store.

The store manager Tiatononi ( I apologize for the spelling error) is simply amazing. She says hello to everyone as soon as we walk nn . I am an Administrator and oversee 300 employees and and I would hire her in a second. She is simply amazing. The store is organized and clean as well!!!

I went to Clothes Mentor for the first time a week ago as I had recently lost a considerable amount of weight and had alot of clothes to get rid of. I literally brought in a big trash bag full of barely worn jeans, a dress bag full of dresses (some with the tags still on them) and an assortment of other things that were of high quality. When I went back I was literally offered $104 for well over 20 items. As they are asking you if you accept the payment, you really don't have time to think about because the items that they have kept us nowhere in sight! I will never go there again as I would have been off donating the clothes to charity. Save yourself the trip!

July 2024. This was my first time going to this store. Brought in 6 bags of clothes , boots and purses. First clerk was very pleasant and helpful, Maya was her name.
When I returned to collect my money, they chose 5 items. Including a new , with tags Columbia down coat, and some hardly worn items. Gave me $31.10. I should not have taken it. I would have had more satisfaction donating to charity.
The clerk offered no smile, was stern and looked very stressed.
Their items are over priced.
The system is poor, they do not tag your bags when you bring them in. Give you no receipt for items dropped off. I had to describe what I bagged them in for them to retrieve my bags and recall what I dropped off.
Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.
The money I made was for the gas round trip for the two trips. 30 minutes each way!!!
My advice.......Go to charities and write off your donations.

My favorite place to shop! Highly recommend! And the staff here and extremely helpful and friendly. They will even assist with fashion choices and they are VERY good at their jobs. Love this spot for the great deals and the fabulous customer service
