The store itself is average maybe it's because I'm not a Colts fan but it seemed like everything else dull and boring Fanatics has their hands in. The staff however was fantastic and made me feel very welcome and I had great conversations with them. Based on my interactions with the staff on my visit I'll give it 5 stars.

Ordered a jersey on Dec. 18th. Still do not have it. Shows it has been on the way from ups for the last 5 days. Expensive merchandise that is shipped slowly.

Very nice store in the Lucas oil stadium offering colts jerseys and other team merchandise. Store itself was clean and modern. Large selection of gear.

Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong product. It was the Pro Shops mistake. They required me to return the product, wait 5-7 days for my refund and I would have to reorder my correct product on my own and pay for it. Customer service would not discount the incorrect product and of course for me to reorder it was out of stock. So disappointed the COLTS outsourced this service to a 3rd party. I will probably not order any colts gear at this point.

This is a must visit if your in town visiting or for a game. They have great apparel and souvenirs. You need to drop by on game day too for special deals. It's always fun to see what they have autographed from the players and what's available. The staff is already friendly and knowledgeable about the products and history. I highly recommend spending time here!

Disappointing experience. I bought 3 products and got a confirmation email. A week passed the ETA, the products hadn't arrived. I had to contact them and they told me the products were out of stock. It would have been GREAT to receive the items or at least be contacted by them telling me they weren't going to send me anything. Hope I can get my money back.
