Watch put with this guy. Owner of the store will not give you a refund after 7 days. I came in to exchange a pair of birkinsrocks that were purchased right before Christmas for a different pair. The new pair was $40 less. He would only give me store credit. I bought a pair of blue dress shoes which began to flake apart within a few hours of wearing them.

When I purchased my shoes I said I might not need them as I was going a business trip. He said don't worry you can return them. I thought I heard 90 days but their return policy is 7 days!! The most restrictive allowed by Florida law. Be careful. At least they gave me a store credit. Shoes were never walked in.

What a treat to purchase shoes from such a professional, yet family oriented business. We had the pleasure of being waited on by the owner and it is by far the best service we have ever received while purchasing shoes. He knew he product, was far from pushy, never lost his patience even after I tried on every pair of Birkenstocks and was sooooo INDECISIVE! Sold me an 11.5 size by mistake. Refused to take back. “Well, you tried them on.” Yes I did. But after a week I realized they were too loose. Nothing mattered. No refund. No replacement. Just out the ninety dollars now. WARNING! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
