judge for yourself. Bought these shoes april 7th, wore for less the two hours on a flat service April 8th. Brought back to store on April 9th because I thought the store would be embarrassed to even have a product like this. Manager did not care. I have never seen a shoe do this in my life even after ten years let alone owning them 24 hours

Don’t shop here. This business claims they sell comfort and wide shoes of good quality. In reality they’re just scamming people. Selling products that are faulty. No returns and exchanges. I wasn’t planning on returning them. I wore 1 pair out of 2 that I purchased. Wore the pair for about 2 hours and they started falling apart. I went back the next day to show the owner what happened to the shoes with my receipt and his response was that I had clearly worn them and couldn’t do anything. I know they were worn but it wasn’t about that. It was a faulty product. They’re taking advantage of people who struggle with their shoes . See pictures below and judge for yourself.

Noticed there was extra charges on my receipt. Went back to return one of the two pairs of shoes. I asked about the 3% charge of the total which the shoes were the same price and were not rung up separately and there was tax on it and a 3% charge was applied. He said it was a service charge for the credit card. I asked where the sign was and pointed to the side on the bottom of the register the sign was so small and in front of it was a big bottle of hand sanitizer could not read it. I said you should have this properly displayed he ended up raising his voice cussing at me wouldn't return the shoes told me to get out of his store. I said I was going to give him a bad interview. I said all I asked was where is it displayed and he had a fit. The rude obnoxious store owner pushed the box of shoes at me! I told him that I understand the 3% however, but it should be displayed where everyone could see. He ended up returning them however we only got back the price of the shoes not even the tax on it because he charged 3% to take one pair back do not shop here.

The BEST experience buying shoes EVER !
I have large wide feet, so buying shoes is always a challenge. Usually I have to go to several stores to find a shoe that fits me. Within a couple minutes I was fitted and amazed with a shoe that was my correct size and shape, and also looks great.

Incredible service and selection of comfortable shoes! Machaela was very patient and helpful. I’m an old guy who has bad feet from practicing karate kicks as a teenager. She listened to a description of my foot problems and brought out a bunch of different shoes for me to try. She asked for my thoughts on each pair that I tried on and then she brought out other shoes that might feel better. She graciously offered to order a few more shoes in different sizes to ensure that I would be delighted with the comfort of my ultimate shoes. This was above and beyond normal shoe sales! I recently tried on the shoes that were ordered and I wound up with the perfect pair of shoes. You just don’t find this excellence in customer service in other places.
