I just happened to see a pair of sneakers on Commonwealth Running Company website that popped up through Shop Pay which they partner with and I had to get them. Not only did I get 1 pair I bought another pair too because I couldn't decide which one I liked more. Their prices are great which made it very appealing to get both sneakers, shipping was really fast, and their website was super easy to navigate. These are my first pairs of On sneakers and I love them both!!! Thank you Commonwealth Running Company I will be back!!!

Within the past 4 months, I’ve bought 3 pairs of Cielos from CRC. I absolutely love this company, there deals are unmatched and I’m not prepared for the day the loyalty discount disappears, should it ever. Not only is there customer service absolutely fantastic, I live in Bethesda, MD, so the trust and discovery of this company was such a coincidence and blessing. I love this store so much! Matt and his team are fantastic and caring. They also put their runners first — when I had an issue with a pair of shoes, they took them back, no questions asked, and provided me with a different pair. Amazing customer service. I used to always buy my shoes online and now Commonwealth is my go-to. It feels so good to be connected locally.

Disappointing Experience - Wouldn't Recommend

I ordered a pair of shoes for an upcoming race, and Commonwealth Running Company took longer than advertised to process my order. When the shoes finally arrived, they sent the wrong ones. The only solution offered was for me to return the incorrect pair, and then they would ship the right shoes once they received the return. This delay completely ruined my plans to have the shoes in time for my race. The lack of urgency and customer care is disappointing. I definitely would not recommend this place.
