I took my tablet thinking I needed the battery replaced. I was told that a cleaning would probably fix the over heating issue. They did the cleaning and corrected some of the options I had set in a couple of Apps and overheating problem was solved. The cost was very reasonable. I have used Computer Outlet before and find they are knowledgeable, honest and fair. Will use again when the need arises.
