I purchased some shoes last night from here. Nobody wears name tags or anything, and some of the employees hovered over my fiance and I. We tried moving aisles to get away from them but it just seemed like every ailse we went to somebody was watching us. I know there's a difference between watching someone suspicious and being in eyesight of the customer in case they need help. This just seemed like we were under surveillance. I've been ordering my Converse online for the past 10 years and having this be my first experience in an actual Converse store. I don't know if I'll be returning for the October Sale next month. I am happy with the savings I got and the exiting service I got at the POS system, but I just don't like to be hovered over when I'm trying to find the right shoes.

I'd like to give them 5 stars just based off 1 employee but I can't. There was a lady that worked there who was so rude & unprofessional. I asked her if they had a certain pair of shoes in a size 5. Her exact response was: "If YOU didn't find them I'm not going to either" & walked away. Like what Really I didn't have time for her so I just kept looking when another sweet lady came up to me & asked if I needed help. So again I asked about the shoes. She found exactly what I needed. She was amazing. Unfortunately I didn't get names.

Some of the worst customer service. Had a pair of shoes for 6 months and the side band was literally falling off and they said "it's normal wear and tear that's what chucks are supposed to do" uh no... looking tattered maybe, but the glue coming apart, I don't think so. The workers were snobby and rude. Taking my business elsewhere where customers actually matter.

Cannot speak highly enough about this store! Deals all the time! They seem to change almost twice a week. AMAZING EMPLOYEES! Easily the best customer service in the outlets. Went in for new chucks got my pair and found a second pair of one stars for 20 bucks! They dont discount the chucks was my only complaint.

The guys working there were very helpful with my whole family. My boy and I walked out of there with new shoes that we had no intention on buying but the staff here knows shoes and hooked us. Great job guys!
