The cashier-Sarah (which I’m sure isn’t her actual name) at this store hates herself and life generally. I removed my jacket to try on a cardigan and she had an episode about people trying on things.

Every time I go in this store shes a cloud on the day. She’s never been pleasant, and at this point I have no intention of spending money at this store ever again

Horrible experience and recommend going with a competitor instead. Sent wrong item, gave me a hard time with customer service, wouldn't honor discounts at a nearby store due to online/in-store differing policies, have to pay for the return itself, and didn't have the article of clothing I needed for the event that night. Unreliable, rude and not helpful. If you're looking to spend on nice clothing, I'd recommend other places instead.

I just wanted to give them 5 stars because of the young, beautiful girl who assisted me today 6/21/2024! Her name is Maya. Not only did she greet everyone with a big smile, but she also made my whole day with the best service I’ve ever received from this store. And I use the store a lot!

I appreciate the store's beautiful designs, but unfortunately, the customer service experience has been disappointing. It seems like there's a lack of care and willingness to assist customers. I've personally felt discomfort and sensed discrimination. Questions often go unanswered, and there's a noticeable lack of respect. I've observed poor treatment towards Asian customers, which is concerning. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience. Better treatment would undoubtedly lead to increased sales and happier, respected customers. Addressing rudeness, discrimination, and fostering a culture of respect is crucial for customer satisfaction.

Be careful buying stuff here.. no warranty or money back. I’m a bit surprised as a nice and expensive shop like COS treats customers this way.., just used this bag a few times. Purchased on 3/28/21

I came here the other day and was appalled by the terrible customer service I experienced. The associate on the men’s floor was rude, condescending and was muttering under his breath when I asked about getting a fitting room started. It wasn’t until I saw how he was mocking a customer, who didn’t have a full grasp of English, in the fitting room when I put down all my things and left the store immediately. I truly have no idea what is going on at this location but the associates are absolutely out of line- they are so visibly mad that you are shopping in the store and do not treat you without an ounce of common decency. Will never be returning here, so unbelievably taken aback by the entire ordeal after being a COS customer for years.
