I would recommend this jewelry place to anyone but especially to the bride with a big asks and vintage taste. I needed a two week turn around and the lab grown diamonds guy up the road near Kingsley told me "with your timeliness you're not gonna be able to get anything you want because I'm not gonna work on anything that's not worth my time and what your asking for isn't worth my time" but thank goodness I came here next because immediately the owner kept telling me not to worry about limits and just think about what is your perfect ring and I'll do whatever I can to get it to you and boy did she deliver. To order my ring from the catalog finished it would have been 2 weeks past when I needed it, so the owner got the ring set and put the stone in in-house to meet my extreme deadline. In fact, she beat my deadline and had it back to me in 7 days INCLUDING WEEKENDS DAYS. I couldn't thank her more and I couldn't recommend her more either.

I took a few watches there to be either repaired or fitted. She had the watches for approximately six months before I was able to get them back. I understand there were some leaking issues with their former store but there l were no calls or communication regarding the status of the watches. Once I received the watches I realized some of them were not fitted as requested.

I needed a pearl ring repaired and found this local shop. Jennifer was very helpful! She knew exactly how to fix my ring. I was able to pick it up the same day and she did not charge me anything! The shop had many unique items at affordable prices. I will be back the next time I need jewelry or a nice gift!
