I ordered garlic a while back. They said they were delayed in shipping when I ordered. I was fine with that. I didn't expect it to get to me for quite a while. I was surprised last week when I received it. It's wonderful. The honesty when I ordered was great & the product got here about a month before I really expected it. (Now, I'll have roasted garlic! Incredible Devine Experience

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to travel down to Little Way Farm and Homestead (from SW Michigan) to intimately engage with Mathew, Carissa, family, animals, and land. Weeks later, I’m still in awe of the opportunity, relationship, and learning God provided through the experience and their awesome work.

Mathew was so kind and hospitable, demonstrating and educating me on the farm and homestead way of life throughout the tour. We engaged with the goats, hens, meat birds, and cows. Mathew also showed me the land, pointing out crops, topography, spacing, and other land considerations.

During our time together, Mathew shared his family’s journey as they navigated building infrastructure, created operational efficiencies, and scaled certain enterprises. Being an operations and numbers guy, that was exactly the information I desired. Numbers aside, one of the most beautiful components of the entire experience was witnessing his children engage with the animals and land. It was so natural and grounded, filled with an incredible amount of love, respect, curiosity, sweat, and a little dirt.

As our family makes strides in creating our humble homestead, this experience gave me an unfiltered look at how things truly operate on a larger scale, helping us to further define our homesteading vision and goals.

A big thanks to Mathew and Carissa for opening their land and hearts to expose and lead others to this way of life – especially through the lens of faith. God bless your family.

I purchased a 1/2 cow from Little Way Farm & Homestead and am thoroughly satisfied! The beef is delicious and incredibly high quality. I have bought 1/2 cows elsewhere and can say the meat was not as tasty or as vibrant red as the meat from the 1/2 cow I purchased here. The cuts are also professionally done and turned out great compared to what I have received in the past, I was very happy about that. Matthew is a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to give me a lovely tour of his farm when I went to pick up my order. 10/10 would recommend doing business here!

Matthew and Carissa could not have been more genuinely kind people, what a blessing to buy food for our family from them! We enjoyed meeting them and touring the farm, while the kids ran around playing. The chickens we purchased were a lovely addition to our family’s protein options, knowing they weren’t the hormone raised raised variety from the market. Everyone loves chicken! Especially when it is as tasty and tender as theirs. I used my Insta-pot and they turned out beautifully. Would highly recommend!
