I have wanted this Louis Vuitton twist bag for a few years now. So you can imagine my amazement when I found it at Couture Designer resale Boutique, in almost new condition.
I called the boutique, they put the bag on hold for me until I could get there. When I arrived, I could not believe all the beautiful barely used and new designer bags. The employees were knowledgeable, patient, and they allowed me to take my time shopping all the gorgeous bags. But my decision had already been made.
I’ll definitely be returning to Couture Designer Resale Boutique, and I suggest you check it out too.

I had the best experience at Couture USA. When I finally decided I was going to sell a few of my bags to get my dream Chanel bag I looked around at a few shops and Couture USA spoke to me. They were very fair with my trade in and my dream bag was purchased. I drove 2.5hrs to get there and from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable checking out as many bags as I needed before I found my dream bag.

Great experience here! I found a nice preowned but newer LV small bag and I love it. The young lady working was so engaging, it made me stay longer than I planned!? I’m glad I did! She knows fashion and the store was equipped with SO many DOPE pieces, I was sort of drooling but acted like I wasn’t!! ? Stop in, I hope you have the same experience as me! 10 outta 10!!

Update: increased stars from two to three. Owner randomly sent me a refund check for the return shipping. I’m appreciative of the return shipping, however it was only done due to my review!

The description of the bracelet size did not match the online size, the bracelet was not cleaned/polished before shipping (very dirty & dull), they don’t pay for return shipping, & the boutique makes you pay extra for signature delivery upon return. Giving two stars for great price for the bracelet that I purchased with a $30 discount & fast shipping. Will most likely not purchase from this company again.

The inside of the store is beautifully organized and is so easy to shop and try the different style bags on.
