Craig Tire has again exceeded my expectations. As a locally owned Valencia County business, they are committed to excellent service and quality work. Ralph came to the house on a service call and replaced 4 tires on my horse trailer - the tires on it would not have made it to the shop! Ralph was respectful, friendly and above all a true professional, replacing the tires with no muss or fuss. I have been going to Craig Tire for 25 years and have always been impressed by the quality and care they provide for every job. JR Craig is a wonderful local businessman, dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality work. I will only buy my tires from Craig Tire and am really pleased they offer service calls. You guys rock! 😘

Craig Tire is an honest, friendly, and professional local shop. On my first visit, a couple days ago while getting a tire changed, I saw the staff handle a very difficult customer who accused them of scratching her rim after a simple patch job. Even though they had done nothing wrong, they replaced the rim—likely worth hundreds—without hesitation. She continued to cause a scene, and she was really upset they wouldnt give her the damaged rim THEN she demanded they put it on a completely different really damaged rim that was on the other side of her vehicle and had nothing to do with the tire they repaired. They wouldn't do it which was awesome...They didn't call her out, they didn't have to and that made the woman furious but the staff stayed calm, polite, and even apologized to other customers who were affected, offering drinks and snacks as a kind gesture. They handed her a coke and she threw it. She got a $400 rim for less than $20. She knew everyone knew she was scamming.. she glared at all of us and threw some magazines and business cards on the floor when she stormed out. Goodbye Karen. Just have to say, their professionalism and eloquence really stood out.. I could not have handled it as well. . I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service...and they do cheap tire patches too....but don't try to take advantage because they do not deserve that for sure.

Craig Tire is an amazing place to take your vehicle! Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. They were extremely patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns about my truck. Their prices are very reasonable and I’m glad that they are a part of this community!

Craig Tire is awesome! They have always gone out of their way to help with any vehicle issue I or my family have had. They don't just do tires—they can handle just about any mechanical work, including brakes, rotors, and shocks. One time, after I blew out some tires in the middle of the night, they even picked me up 250 miles away! I don't trust anyone else because they are always on top of it. They are honest, fair, and if a mistake ever happens, they take accountability and fix it—even if it costs them. I've dealt with other mechanics who make up issues just to get your money, but Craig Tire has never, ever taken advantage of me. Working at Craig Tire is also a fantastic start for teenagers to get real, hands-on experience changing tires and learning the value of hard work. Both of my boys have worked there and have gained critical, important life skills. I'm very thankful to John Craig and Kassandra Craig for always going above and beyond—not just for their customers, but for their employees and their families as well. If you want an honest and fair deal, Craig Tire in Belen is as good as it gets.

Sadly, I had such a bad experience. I stopped over at this location to get a repair on my tire, during the repair my new rim was damaged. I ended up speaking with a manager on duty he told me to come in so he could look at it, I then spoke to the owner JR that contacted me and offered to replace my rim telling me he was extremely sorry this happened to me that he himself would be upset if this had happened to him. That he would contact me once my rim arrived. I went in this morning to have my rim switched out and I was treated poorly, very bad customer service the owner seemed to be extremely upset at himself that he agreed to replace something that was damaged by them. He then continued on that he would have only repaired what was damaged if he had seen it in person. This unknown lady in the picture then decided to start taking pictures of my whole car, being extremely rude and unprofessional putting her phone in face my to get a picture of me, what was the purpose of that? I do have a video but unable to upload. JR stated that the employees are supposed to take pictures of all vehicles once they are in the bay for service. Why wasn’t this done at the time of service not a week later? He then continued on, I asked him to just fix my rim so I can leave and that I would not be returning. He thought it was funny and told me that it was fine that he didn’t want my service.

I can’t say enough about everyone at Craig tire! J.R. there really spent the time with me to find EXCTLY what I was looking for in tires for my truck! Their warehouse missed sending them out but they called me first thing and were more than apologetic and asked what they could do to make it right but that was all I needed. When they put the wheels on, MY bumper was bent which made one side rub but their guys would not let me leave without being out there trying to help me solve my issue giving me a hand to fix it even when it was their closing time. The ladies at the counter were always a pleasure to chit chat with. Can’t say enough about the service I received from everyone there! Their service is second to none!
