It’s simple words I feel like I’m experiencing THEFT. I have been purchasing multiple orders from Dani Rae & Co since March of 2023 ranging from $150-$420. I have received all of my orders without any issues until recently. Recently I purchased an order and never received my package or update tracking. While, I did get refunded via store credit. I went ahead and made ANOTHER order with that store credit and I also never received my package or items. This happened back to back, and all the company keeps telling me is that they have spent multiple hours trying to contact the shipper and they aren’t going to refund me my money until they get their money back. Can someone please explain to me how this is my problem. 2 packages back to back. I was expecting items for pictures, events, etc. This is poor customer service for someone who has been a repeat customer. I do not want to purchase anything else from this company and would like my refund. Even though I know they are only going to give me store credit. And I’m sure my package will be lost again. Can you say FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. THEFT THEFT THEFT. I’ve been nice for long enough.

I ordered a pair of jeans from here that were on sale. The size listed was 15/31 and when I received them, the inseam was actually 35 inch long! They seem like decent quality jeans, but insanely too long and loose to wear, and due to multiple foot surgeries I can’t wear heels to adjust for the length.
I immediately reached out to customer service to try to initiate a return for store credit as these jeans just wouldn’t fit me and the site states they will accept in-store credit for returns and they do not process refunds. I had not problem paying to ship the item back, but they refuse to even allow a store credit exchange even though this item is falsely advertised for size. There was no disclaimer at purchase that this was a “final sale item” only that it was on sale. Save yourself the trouble of not getting stuck with unusable clothing and be weary of this place!!

This company is a joke. With zero customer service. My wife ordered products from here on October 18th. They “say” they shipped it on the 21st. Who knows. She paid $12.95 for shipping. Keep in mind. The company is in Georgia and we are in Mississippi. They gave it to UPS. UPS took it to the post office. Post office never heard of it. We file a claim with UPS they say take it up with the company. After contacting the company multiple times they are saying this isn’t their fault because we didn’t pay enough for shipping. They said we picked the cheapest shipping option instead of paying for next day delivery so it’s our fault. Also the only phone number for this company supposedly isn’t linked to the online store and they don’t have any dealings with them, but it’s all the same name. Take your business else where unless you want to throw away your money. This is entry one on this company. Stay tuned everyday until they make it right. To be continued.
