I can’t really think of any business where I received better service. I was hired onto a transport company quickly. In less than a week they got me in and got all the parts. I had some special requests in that I wanted everything blacked out to match my truck. They got it done. They offer you rides to and from wherever you’re staying. They keep you updated on their progress with photos. They thoroughly explain the function of everything when they’re done. Their prices are also reasonable and they have everything you can think of.

I've never been treated better by a bunch of folks that just met me. I needed to get my 24' Silverado HD set up for RV transport. I called them and they were booked up for 3-4 weeks. He could see that I was anxious and said that if I wanted him to try and work it in that I could drop the truck off and they would do the best they could to get it set up for me. Luckily, I only live 2 hours from Elkhart. I dropped it off. It was like leaving one of my children somewhere far away .LOL. Well .. it was 4 days later and he said come and pick it up. It was 91° out and they still spent ample time with me going over all the new goodies. These guys know the hitch and trailer business like no one I have seen before. The prices were beyond reasonable. I left out of there feeling like I ripped them off because the prices were so good. I got constant pictures and info texted to me as the work was being done. Just an awesome bunch of people. There is no need to look anywhere else. They will not be out done. I could go on and on but I won't. Thanks Dan's Hitch for all you did for me and for making me feel like no one was more important than myself. BRAVO!!

We were recommended to talk with these guys about a fifth wheel hitch for our truck. Ryan went after hours to look at our camper and find the best solution. They were able to get our truck set the very next day for us to take our camper home. His technicians showed us how to use the hitch and Ryan made sure everything was installed correctly and good to go!

Everyone from the guys in the shop to the front desk were awesome.
I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say.
I was treated like I was their only customer from the time I dropped off my truck to the time I picked it up. They sent me updates with pictures along the way.
I am so happy with the service I will NOT go anywhere else for any of my trucking needs.

We appreciate the excellent service and attention we received at Dan’s. They installed an air brake system on our RV and optimized the work of another shop on our towed/toad. Even though they did not install the entire system, they didn’t let us leave without ensuring complete end to end performance. This attention to detail and above and beyond service made us feel safe towing our Bronco behind the RV. Kudos to a great team at Dan’s!

I just had the best experiences with Dan's Hitch.
I had them order and install a larger fuel tank for my F350 (58 gal vs 34 gal).
They were one of the recommended installers from the manufacterer (Transferflow).
Ryan was the man I dealt with mostly and he was quite the professional.
He walked me through everything and got the job done in expert fashion.
The job took a bit longer than he anticipated but he and his guys stayed late to get it done.
They double checked all the work without rush (much appreciated especially dealing with fuel tanks), and sent me away happy and feeling secure in their workmanship.
They were quite reasonably priced and they earned their money.

These guys are 5-Star all the way !

We pull a travel trailer full-time and recently learned both our receiver hitch and WDH were underclassed and overloading the rear axles of our tow vehicle. I called and talked to Ryan a few days before we were coming to town and he told me their schedule was already pretty full prior to the upcoming holiday weekend but that since I had all my weights on hand he would do his best to work me into their schedule. Well I couldn't be more pleased! They did exactly that and even though it took nearly all day Dan and his team were able to upgrade our receiver and WDH to a 2.5 in super beefy Curt set up. They even stayed late to make sure everything was road ready for our journey across the Rockies and beyond. I picked this place for their stellar reviews and I'm happy to add mine to the pile. Shout out to Shannon/Dan for staying late to get it done and to Ryan for riding with me afterwards to make sure I was happy. I'm so grateful to be able to support a local family run business that understands profit isn't everything and that providing quality parts and installation services is still a thing.
