I had a poor experience at this small boutique. I went in to exchange a dress during my birthday month. I had been out of town for a couple of weekends in a row. I went to go and exchange the dress and was told I am 5 days late for the return policy which is 14 days. They dress was still hanging in the store fully stocked in each size except the one I had gotten for a gift. The owner and employees were rude to me and scoffed as they told me they needed to charge a 25% restocking fee for a dress that was still hanging on a mannequin. I wanted store credit to use towards their store which was going to use right then and there. I ended up having the dress altered to my fit and will not be returning to this establishment due to the. The lack of care for their customers was astonishing.

We had never been to Deasee’s Boutique in Orcutt before, however, I had stopped by to their boutique in Lompoc once, but the experience we had in Orcutt was amazing, and we are thankful to Cameron for making that experience so great. We stopped in 15 minutes before closing in search of jeans and we were greeted by Cameron. Cameron was amazing, super friendly, helpful, and despite us being so close to closing time, she took her time to help us and we never felt pressured on time. We left the store with huge smiles on our face and a grateful heart. Thank you Cameron, you are truly amazing! God bless you.

Adorable clothes. Great service. Perfect place for someone who isn't good at putting together an outfit like me. The ladies helped me out wonderfully. Thank you Barbara! This place makes clothing shopping fun for me.

I stopped in today to take look around and was disappointed to see the women in the shop maskless. Knowing there is a mask mandate in Santa Barbara County I found this behavior to be irresponsible and extremely selfish especially when working with the public. I will never be back!
