Me trataron muy bien y con profesionalidad

Just disappointed the way I was treated. I bought a trailer from here and when it needed repair, I was twisted and turned and had to lose a whole week of work. The price changed by the day and after spending almost 4 thousand dollars, I’m still not satisfied with the work. During the course of the work, I had been screamed at by both the owner Randy and daughter Ashley for giving wrong information that the trailer was ready on a Friday and when I showed up, the trailer was locked inside. I called and texted Ashley to let her know I was coming and will get there a little after their closing time. Realizing that my trailer was locked inside the shop, instead of telling me we were sorry to take your trailer out, I was screamed at and later had them discussed that the trailer wasn’t ready anyway. I have to drive back another hour till Monday. They feel like they’re right in whatever discussion was made and I as a customer was a nuisance. I believe screaming at you is their M.O to make you feel guilty. I definitely decided to let go but since it was suggested by google to give a review, I decided to share my bad experience. I definitely had good intentions to do more business with them but the way I was disrespected and the unsatisfactory work done for me, I believe I should leave a fair review and never go back there again. Not only that I’m not going back there but will not encourage the people I was telling to contact me if they want used trailers because I know a lot of people who were interested in getting used trailers.

I bought a 31' van pup here used 03. Was in great shape, they fixed a few small things on it that I wanted done, for free. The sale lady Ashley is THE nicest sweetie I've met in a long time, a true professional!! If I need another van, I'll be back to Deep Blue! 💯🇺🇸

We purchased a couple of trailers from this company and as we arrived we definitely felt like part of the family. They were so down to earth, inviting and knowledgeable. We talked with Ashley like we were old friends, everyone was friendly. Please go check them out if you're looking for a trailer or need maintenance/repairs.

This was our first time purchasing dry van trailers. The entire experience from beginning to end was excellent! Ashley & Randy are awesome! Clint is great at making sure you’re good to go before taking off. Regardless of where you live, the drive is definitely worth it — highly recommend!
