Disappointed in the overall nature of this store. So much so that I have resorted to calling for assistance and parts in Albuquerque rather than here. One of the parts clerk's has little experience with tractors making it very hard to look for parts. This store is also not open on Saturday's. Being from Belen and working in Albuquerque the luxury of swinging by to pick up a part during the weekday is a no go. Note: I upgraded the rating to 3 stars, I did have some positive feedback regarding my previous experience.

I am writing this review in regard to my experience in the John Deere Store in Belen. I was in the vecinity and found myself needing a bale spear for my tractor. I was referred to Albert in sales. He quickly took me outside to view the bale spears they had in stock. However, his demeaner and professionalism changed immediately when I asked the price and questioned it. I had previously called via phone about a month prior and was told they were 1,100 dollars and were in stock. Nothing extravagent, just a simple three tine bale spear. In addition, I spoke with the John Deere store in ABQ and was quoted the same price. When in ABQ, previous to my trip in belen, the sales person created me a quote, and I saved it. When in Belen I told Albert this was what I was quoted over the phone and also in ABQ and showed him the quote. His only response was that no, they are not 1,100 dollars they are 1,600, and they always have been. Mind you, they were the same item on the quote and what was in their yard. Alberts last response was I'm not going to just give it away and said I dont know what to tell you. " I can't negotiate the price as is. After this, not once was he professional and actually looking at me. Rather, he walked back to his desk and kept to his computer instead of trying to make a sale. This, in my mind, was very unprofessional on behalf of him and the store. This left me with a very bad first impression, and I will never go back. I will continue to maintain my loyalty and respect for US Tractor and Harvest in Alamosa Colorado. Where professionalism and customer respect at its finest. I have always been taken care of, and they will continue to receive my buisness even if it farther in distance to me. I will continue to refer all family and friends to US Tractor and Harvest in Colorado. If I could put no stars as a review for New Mexico Tractor Sales, I would!

I took my 2009 Kawasaki Mule 4010 with 500 hours on it to the service department because it had a loss of power. I was charged over 500.00 dollars and was told that one cylinder was bad and the engine had to be replaced or rebuilt and it would cost over 2000.00 to rebuild the engine. My friend and I decided to check the compression ourselves and it was fine, we discovered that it had a bad coil which we replaced for under 100.00. I will never do business with them again. WHAT A RIP OFF!
