Sports Gear: All kinds of gear for every sport. A must go to.

Service: Everyone is knowledgeable and very nice.

Building: This place is big and connected to golf galaxy.

Bathroom: the bathrooms are clean and in the back corner.

Parking: Plenty of parking.

Notes: they have kids backpacks but they are expensive.

Limited selection and terrible service.. The employees were boxing some of the items during working hours for the relocation. I needed an item that they just packed. Instead of grabbing it from the box, they told me to drive to the Moline store or wait to weeks for the grand reopening. No plans to go there! Buying from Amazon is much better, cheaper, faster, and provides better service.

I ordered a product on line and for whatever reason the address was wrong for delivery. I called and spoke with Yvette and this lady was the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. My issues are resolved and Christmas is saved. I have to give Yvette a shout out for treating me sooo good and happily resolving my issues. Thank you so much and I will be shopping here more often for sure. 5 Stars thank you

Plenty of staff but they stand in clusters and talk amongst themseleves instead of helping. I was trying on shoes and was brought 2 shoes in the size I requested then she went back to her cluster of friends. I had to go get her every time I wanted to try on a different shoe or size. Same at the checkout. 7 younger people standing at the registers with 1 other person checking out and I still had to wait to be acknowledged. Take your business elsewhere.

Somehow got the wrong size of shoes handed to me. Didn't realize it till later (they're a gift) and decided to call to see if I would lose my points I used or see if they could order the correct size and I could just swap them out. I got spoken to by an older lady who sounded annoyed, called me sweetheart in a rude tone, and told me she didn't have time to deal with this right now as she had other things to do. I asked if she could put me in contact with someone in customer service who did have time and tried going back to say she didn't mean that. I called her sweetheart and hung up since she clearly wasn't trying to assist me at all. Once I get this shoe thing figured out, you won't see a dime from my family again. You've got a Grinch working for you.

My kids do many different sports. There's nothing with the sporting goods store. The reason for 4 stars is because their selection of boxing and MMA stuff are getting smaller and smaller. Walmart has a better selection which I personally find heartbreaking. Yes you can order whatever you want online and ship it to store but when you have a kid that needs the stuff now it defeats the purpose

I went to Dick’s for the meet & greet event with Kate Martin and based on the experience I have had with store, I will never purchase from this store again and recommend you find elsewhere to purchase from as well. Between the incredibly rude staff and the disorganization/lack of communication for this event, my perception of this company has been irrevocably diminished.

The staff working this event were dismissive, rude, unorganized, and often very aggressive with people who were just trying to figure out what was going on. While I can give grace to the fact that the turn out for the event was most certainly larger than expected, I can not give grace for the lack of organization, from the lack of directions for what each line was for to staff “cutting off the lines” but never making sure that information was given to the employees at the door, leading to people getting in expecting to be able to meet Kate.

What was turning out to be a fun experience for my family regardless if we got to meet Kate Martin or not, was ruined by staff, particularly the woman with black hair and a blue stud piercing on her cheek. I watched as this woman was aggressive and dismissive to customers who were genuinely confused and had been following the instructions that the staff at the door had given them, she often threaten to call and kept calling security on customers who waited near the line, after she told them the line had been cut off but they were welcome to wait around the store.

Overall I am disappointed with the handling of this event by this store and its employees. I expect more from a company that I had liked in the past.
