A cute salon, I had my haircut here 3 times. The quality is on par with how much you paid. Receptionist was helpful and nice. My stylist is good but can be better on communicating 🙂

I took one star off - I found (2 times) my neighboring customers were very pretentious. Not the vibe that I wanna be around for my almost one hour haircut. If the haircut stations aren’t that close together, it would have been better? Anyways, a spacious salon! Good parking at the back of the salon! And lots of restaurants around if you wanna grab some food!

I have been going to Christina for a year now. What I love about her is that she is consistently great. From my experience, previous stylists would do a great job the first time and provide great customer service but every time I would go back for another appointment they would somehow mess up my hair and would start adding other clients at the same time as my appointment. Christina has consistently amazed me. I love my hair each and every time and I so appreciate the one on one service that she provides. She is professional and gives you her honest suggestions.

This is an incredibly professionally run salon. Scheduling is a breeze and can be done online (pro tip - call to get on the cancellation list for your favorite stylist, it usually gets you an appointment within ~2 weeks). You're offered a beverage upon entering, and everybody is friendly. The salon is always spotless. Their stylists get to go to a bunch of trainings to excel at their craft, and it shows.

I don't trust anybody but Amber to do my hair, she tailors her approach to your preferences, your face shape, skin color, hair type... Her expertise and talent (not to mention kindness) leaves me confident and always exceedingly happy with my cut and highlights.

I love the service, the friendly faces, and of course Nichole Rich is my amazing stylist. The hair washing stations have the most comfortable neck supports I have ever had in a salon. I like the parking situation. They offer drinks when you arrive. It's just a great salon.

Had a question regarding their services. Left multiple voicemails with no response. We stopped by the shop and asked the question. Was told the owner would need to answer that. Was also told the owner would call us back the next day. Two days had passed and still no response.
Don't care how great their haircut is. It's lacking the basic customer service from the top/owner.

Amber is a pro at taming my thick, wavy hair into an easy to maintain shape. Staff are friendly and the location is close to nearby restaurants and bars. Love coming here for a new look.
