5/5

I was looking for a receiver hitch to couple a bike rack for my ‘25 RAV4. Kirk B. was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and I chose to stop shopping around for the receiver hitch. I had been looking for a bike rack at local bike shops and Discount Hitch sold them too, well it was a “win-win.” The Grapevine Store #3 is well stocked and clean and I do mean clean. Fast service (by appointment) and it was faster than I thought. I recommend this store, very satisfied.

I recently purchased a truck bed cover at Discount Hitch and Accessories. They ordered it for me and got it in the very next day and installed it immediately. Just in time before I left town for a road-trip. Great guys and great service!!

Had a fantastic experience here at the Grapevine store. We were traveling in our new motor coach and bought a Jeep in Fort Worth. We really needed a blue ox system installed quickly. McCoy gave us a great quote, found the parts, had it installed in just a couple days. He even came in on Saturday and made sure we got it hooked up and we were on our way back to Seattle! Thanks McCoy!

I couldn't be happier! I had the Air Ride load leveling system installed on my 22 F350. They got the kit fast and installed the next day. Even remembered that I mentioned I'm picky about door dings, they had my truck parked out front like it was on display, very safe from a potential ding when I came to pick it up... lol. Appreciated! Everyone I encountered was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of their products. Great work! I'll be back for any future RV towing needs.

Great customer service and workmanship by Bryce and Jose. They fixed my tow vehicle that I pull behind my motorhome and even gave me a ride to and from my campgrounds! These guys are real pro's - a 5 star customer experience! Thanks guys!!

McCoy is awesome! I highly recommend coming here for all your needs. I have been desperately trying to get a receiver hitch installed on my Range Rover and everyone else in town kept giving me the run around. Well he made it happen in a couple of hours and his prices can't be beat. I couldn't believe how competitive he is on price. In a day now where businesses just charge you whatever they want because they can, McCoy is honest, fair and professional. I see why everyone raves about this place! Thank you sir for not price guaging and taking advantage of people! Such an easy and painless experience. So hard to find businesses anymore with this kind of service and integrity!
