Repeat review of many already on here. This guy is advertising one thing and delivering another. Bounce house was in horrible shape with rips, tears, duct tape covering holes, etc. Owner is stealing peoples money and hiding behind his management. I had to call multiple times and I was offered a future credit because the owner’s policy is “no refunds or credits.” Wow. Nice way to run a local business. Management even told me that the owner was looking into buying new bounce houses. In the meantime he will just charge us for junk. One thing to make a mistake. Another to knowingly do it again and again.

Rented tables, garden chairs and tablecloths for a small backyard wedding reception. Staff was super friendly and I was allowed to pick up my rental 2 days before my event which was amazingly helpful and was showed where I could return them after hours so I could get off to my honeymoon. Owner loaded up the rented items into our truck for us which was nice. However when I got the items home I realized how horribly dirty everything was. The white chairs I rented were so dirty they looked gray and my hands were disgusting after moving them around. I had not planned on having to wash every single one of them, literally scrubbing them to get them clean. Most chairs cleaned up nicely however I had one chair that had duct tape on the seat of it and another that had apparently had a sticker on it and was left with residue from that sticker on the seat of the chair. The tables were also filthy and most had duct taped feet and the latches holding the legs up were broken so the legs were constantly flailing about while trying to get set up. The tablecloths were nice and thankfully ironed but one had a couple of holes in it that I was thankfully able to cover with decorations. When I went to return the items the gate was closed and I was unable to reach the owner by personal cell by call or text. I ended up driving through the grass to get the items back where they needed to be took photos and sent them to owner who replied some time later that night. Overall I was very disappointed especially in the work I had to put in during a busy time to get the items ready to be usable.

Paid $250 for the red22 water slide which had quite a few holes in it with duck tape over them and it still leaked and it was gross we unfolded it out and it had all kinds of old balloons in it which tells me they don’t check them or even clean them. Kids had fun but definitely not happy about spending that much for it to look like that

Saved my Birthday party. The venue I rented put up ugly Christmas decorations before my party and told me I couldn't remove them the day before my party. I went to DIY rentals and they rented backdrops to me the same day and were super friendly and helpful even when I was on the verge of tears. I would highly recommend

DIY Rentals saved this weekend’s wedding for my bride & groom!! If you are searching for rentals, go ahead and stop that search and book with DIY, you won’t be disappointed!!

Being a Southern Indiana wedding planner, I am blessed with a ton of vendor friends, but hadn’t had the chance to meet the crew at DIY yet. When the call came through on Thursday that our original tent rental fell apart, Eric responded to my Hail Mary request - after hours even! - and brought together the plan even better than it was originally going to be.

The set up crew knocked it out of the park for us on Friday and made it possible to spend time on making Saturday beautiful. I cannot thank or recommend DIY enough. I will be insisting my couples secure their tents through DIY from now on! I cannot put into words how much DIY came through for me and how appreciative we all are (bride & groom included!)!!

We had a very large company event and rented a large tent, tables, chairs, games for children to play, and bouncy houses. The games were horrible, broken, dirty, and not equipped with the correct items to play the game. The Skeeball game had one ball and it was not something you would want to touch. We had to go buy golf balls so the kids could play the game. The game where you knock down bottles and cans was broke and did not have the right number of items. EVERYTHING was dirty and we had to clean everything before we could use it. The dunk tank was a homemade item that couldn't support the weight of a person. The seat was held up by some kind of hand clamp, it was a death trap and we couldn't use it. The bouncy houses were fine. The tables were DISCUSTING, broken, covered in all kinds of grossness. The chairs were also very dirty. The tent was very worn and dirty but served the purpose and held up fine. We will never use this company again and never recommend it to anyone.

DIY always steps up to support the Law Enforcement Community. Thank you for your excellent service and making sure our event went over without issue. We appreciate the tents, bounce houses, and all other equipment we rented. Looking forward to next year.

I rented a bounce house (pumpkin) along with a popcorn machine. Both were delivered a 1/2 hour before the party. The bounce house worked fine and the kids enjoyed . The popcorn machine was delivered broken and filthy. The popcorn bags were disgusting. Of course we didn't use the machine for the party. Thoughout this process I left messages. I did not receive any call backs. The party was on a Saturday and the bounce house and popcorn machine still sat in our yard through Wednesday until I called and left a message for them to pick items up. I had to call to be reimbursed for the popcorn machine and bags on the following Friday.
