I placed an order at September 18th, 2024 for 1 item. I never received an tracking number or any information until I had to contact them after waiting for 1 month. The only email I got from them was the delivery confirmation asking if I received my order by clicking the link. And I never gotten my order. I even called but no one answered so I had to leave an email when asking an update about my order. Today I canceled my order because it's just a waste of time waiting for an order that doesn't even have a tracking number. I rather take my business somewhere else. We'll see if they refund my money when they say 3 to 5 days

I ordered two boxes of flooring last month because I ran out just short of completing my flooring project. I paid $192 for the two boxes even though I had originally paid only $56 per box at Home Depot, because Home Depot no longer has any in stock. One of the boxes arrived completely empty. Since then, I've called 5 or 6 times and waited on hold for about 30 minutes each time. They tell me they filed a claim with the manufacturer and shipper and it will be handled by tomorrow. I call again a couple days later and get the same thing on repeat... They finally sent me a replacement box. Very relieved I can finish the floor because there's very few companies left showing this flooring in stock. I was getting worried after reading the other reviews. Slow process but finally got the rare material.

I have no clue how this company has a single good review I ordered paint 4 months ago it's gray my walls are gray. I just ordered the same paint used the same email from last time to order it a month and a half ago. I never received a confirmation that the item was sent so I emailed repeatedly asking for a refund never heard back. I just received the paint finally and it's white not gray like they didn't add the color its so clearly not the color and the can is all wrong. So I called in and they said send them an email with pictures showing it's not the same color so they could refund me so I did. Now they are refusing to refund me telling me because the words match it's the same thing yet nothing else on the can is the same and you can clearly see in these pictures its not the same they are trying to say it's the picture filter. The picture of what I received and what I ordered is completely different and they are trying to claim its a filter. They also have the absolutely worst customer service ever they were so rude to me and they refuse to actually let me talk to a supervisor of any kind. So I'm just out 40 bucks.

My first experience with DK Hardware will definitely be my last. I placed an order and didn’t hear anything for over a week. After no response to my follow-up email, I had to track them down online to get an update. When I finally reached someone, I was told the order "had to be transferred from another warehouse" and wouldn’t arrive for at least another 10 days (~20 days total assuming no other delays—well outside their stated 3-7 business days on the website.)

What’s worse, they never notified me about this delay. I had to go out of my way to find out what was going on. When I expressed my concerns, their response was indifferent at best. There was no sincere apology—just an offer to cancel my order.

This company is neither reliable nor responsive. If you're considering shopping with DK Hardware, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration.

Ordered a frameless glass panel for shower with a radius corner. It was delivered super fast, arrived perfect despite the outer box having been damaged during delivery which shows how well they packaged for such an event…and we LOVE it!

It was super easy to install, for someone who’s being doing DIY for years…and it’s top quality.

Could not be more satisfied.
