I have been going to Dr Tavel in Shelbyville for years. I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I went in and saw Abby at the counter. She has the best customer service and she is very knowledgeable about the products, insurance, and services. Welcome back Abby! You were missed!

I've been going to Tavel since I was a little girl, both the Greenwood Mall location and this one a few times. I SUPER LOVED all of the staff here at this location. They were also super awesome, friendly, and personable. Katie in particular had a handful of glasses and really carefully helped me choose which ones were best for me and fit me well and made suggestions. We even did process of elimination haha. The eye doctor himself is very informative and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable here and it felt like more of a fun thing that an appointment to me. Thanks guys!

I am very satisfied with Dr Tavel in Shelbyville Indiana. I recently went in and Abbie helped me picks a pair of frames out. Then a few shorts weeks later my glasses were in but let me tell you that I have a very strong prescription that makes the lense pretty thick but she helped me explore options and my lenses are so thin now that you can’t tell that I even have a strong prescription I recommend Dr Tavel to anyone.

I went for my annual exam and there was no change, so that was good news. The lady helping me with the pre-exam was very patient when I couldn't get my eyes to stay open for the puff of air. The doctor was very calm and reassuring. I recommend Dr. Tavel in Shelbyville.

I went to the Shelbyville Dr.Tavel and they were absolutely amazing. The friendliest people ever. I felt so comfortable here being a new patient . The doctor explained everything wirh my vision and didn't mind that I asked questions. The ladies out front were so helpful picking out glasses and we had such a great connection. Thank you for my great experience, this is where I will be going from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I totally would! This place used to be great! I've used them since I was a child. The past two years have been horrid they rarely answer they're phones and their sells team lies to people! They charge more than most places offer a year warranty then they make you pay extra! The warranty isn't even valid. Will look elsewhere for services!

I have went to this some location since I was born I know I can trust them and they will do everything to the best of their abilities to provide a safe, clean, well rounded respectful establishment. Thank you to the whole team for always wearing a smile and greeting me upon entry of the office.
