This store has a great selection of clothing, gifts, and so much more! I really liked what they sold here and it was a treat to look at all of the fun clothing and gifts they had offered here, the only comment I'd have that isn't extremely positive is that I noticed the sales people have a really low trust for their newer customers. I noticed them seem to be really suspicious of me shoplifting, so I assume they have had a lot of issues with it in the past. They wouldn't let me carry anything independently that I picked up for longer than 30 seconds before asking me if I wanted to put it in the fitting room to try it on later or put it at the front counter to hold it while I shopped. I eventually started asking the sales people myself if they would like me to put my items I chose to get up front while I shopped. While I was trying my 3 items on in the fitting room, I couldn't have been alone for longer than 5 minutes before someone came by and asked me if everything was going okay from outside the fitting room, which I found odd, but its understandable if they have had issues in the past and show distrust in new customers because of that. I do think they should go about it differently, but I also understand where they might be coming from. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the store. Thank you! I really enjoyed the items I purchased here!

Edit: I went back after the reply by the business and had a better experience and it didn't feel as uncomfortable and I didn't get interrupted while in the fitting room. Thank you for responding to my review and for the better experience after I voiced some of my concerns here! I appreciate the growth mindset.

Always closed more than it is open. 6pm closing time...? Really? We know why stores like this close at an ungodly early time and it's greed. Covid shutdowns closed businesses at 8pm and they are still operating that way to save dimes by paying a person to close at an appropriate 10pm time. Used to love coming here, now it's impossible for a majority of people with jobs and who live here, not just tourists popping in. Disappointing. Will not be shopping here again, largely not by choice.

Dragonfly is my all time favorite Boise gift shop. I have been visiting since the early 90s when the Veltex was a gas station ?

They have a beautiful selection of jewelry, cards, stationery, amazing toys, clothing, and more. Parking is accessible from the alley, but it is limited.

My favorite little boutique in Boise. Wonderful staff and beautiful store! I've been coming here for over 20 years and always find something unique and special.
