I ordered 2 pairs of slides on Dec 13; a pre-shipment notification was sent on Dec 17 but the order was still “processing” 10 days later. Now that I don’t need them bc Christmas has come and gone, I asked for a refund in the processing stage. They sent an automated email about no returns and instead created a second shipment number instead of refunding me because they didn’t ship the first order. They are not easy to communicate with via email either. Poor communication and customer service.

I placed an order and it has been over a week with no update to the shipping status of the order. Only after letting this company know that the shipping service had not received the package did the company admit they had not shipped the package. After reading other reviews, I wish I had never ordered from this company. Please save yourself the headache and money and DO NOT order from this company!!! When I asked about a refund I was told there were no refunds but I am relentless in these situations so I’ll be pursuing my refund via other avenues for sure!

I placed my order January 25th I actually order two pairs of shoes for my twins. One pair was received no problem, however the second pair still waiting. I have tried reaching out via email there’s no other way no response, when I finally did get a response I was pretty much told same thing as other customers ( I’m wasting there time and was not giving any updates. I have a daughter upset about her shoes not coming.
How do you run a business with poo customer service.
At this point I just want my daughters shoes since my other girl got hers…..

PROS: items are shipped in a timely manner. Items are good quality , good replicas of shoe brands, packaging is good customer service responds in a time manner excepts pay pal. CONS: shoes seem to run funny either too small or too big, prices are a bit high, there is a no money back policy. I don't think there is a direct customer service number.

My order was never shipped and I was told that there were no refunds. I was completely ripped off by this shop. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them to my worst enemy.

Love my shoes. I will definitely be purchasing again soon. Shipping does a while on certain sizes but its worth the wait. Great customer service as well.
