I shopped here with my cousin and her kids we walked in not realizing the store was closing. We tried on clothes and the girl that was helping us (Grace) let us know the store closed at 7 it was 7:20 ? we had no clue. She was super patient and kind she explained the stores return policy and I changed my mind at the last moment and she allowed me an opportunity to try something else on. I really appreciated this service because she didn’t have to. Customer service is really important to me and she went above and beyond and made this shopping experience pleasant.

The staff is very friendly and professional; however, I have a problem with the return policy... My receipt did not print clearly so I didn't realize that returns only allowed for a store credit.

This is not a store that I normally shop in, so it's not likely that I would ever come back. Fortunately I was able to find a couple of items that were adequate at best to cover the amount of the store credit.

To not offer the option for a refund on an item that was never worn, and with the tags still attached is unfathomable in an era where more well-known stores happily refund purchases in order to retain a satisfied customer.

My daughter and I have been in the store three times. I have also had the opportunity to call the store for another item. On each occasion, I have had a wonderful experience with the staff. Every person that we have encountered has been friendly and courteous. They are professional and extremely helpful. We love the clothes and have truly not had such a wonderful experience shopping in years.

Nice place and very cozy. Fitting rooms are spacious. The sizes are generally for smaller ladies, they have a tendency to be fitted for especially with smaller busts. The clothes are pretty stylish and there is a variety. The prices are reasonable and the items I've bought seem to be good quality. One negative thing is that I ran into at least 2 clothes that were already ripped when I found them.

I cannot say enough about Tiffany and her team of ladies at Dress Up. I moved to Snellville from out of state by myself, and shopping alone was not always fun. The ladies at Dress Up are always so much fun, remember me and what's going on in my life, and exhibit amazing customer service. They also have a collection of clothes and accessories that are unique and interesting, and not what you find at other places.

Glad I stumbled upon this boutique! Cute clothes & accessories. Average prices, welcoming atmosphere, & 10% of my purchase that day was donated to children fighting cancer. I bought a flat handbag and expect to get normal wear from it. Check in with fb for 10% off your purchase

I have bee shopping here for about 5 years. At this particular location. I am exhausted of the feeling that people are staring or being overly Polite because I am black. Or following me around because of this. Is it only me? I recently moved away from this location and found a better location in Buckhead. Going to return my things there. And then purchase from this store. Today, is dress ups birthday. I came in to give support. Walked out feeling jittery and unsupported.
