I visited this store twice: on 02Sep22 1030-1053am and on 03Sep22 11-1117am. Excellent customer service on 02Sep from the moment I walked in until I walked out. The sales person, Annora, was busy at the register with 3 customers but she took a moment to greet me and to tell me that she would be right with me. When she helped me, the phone rang and she excused herself to quickly answer the phone and returned to me within 1 minute. She helped me purchase the correct leotard for my daughter and made sure my item was not an exchange as the first one I looked at appeared to be stretched at the hip area. Annora was helpful, professional, and happy to help me. She is a model employee and Dressed 2 Dance is lucky to have her. FIVE stars. However, my second visit on 03Sep was the complete opposite. I walked in and an older woman with shoulder length blond/grey hair, at the register was sorting through things and there weren’t any customers at the register. She looked up when I walked in and did not greet me at all. I still said hello and walked over to the register. Still no greeting. I told her that I needed to make an exchange and she checked their inventory to make sure the size I needed was available. While she checked on their computer system, a Caucasian woman and her toddler walked in and immediately she took a moment, looked her way and said, “Hi, we’ll be right with you.” This sales woman found the size I needed, went in the back room to retrieve it, and told another younger sales woman, Alyssa, that my transaction was an exchange, before helping the other customer that walked in with her daughter. She didn’t say anything towards me to the effect of “Alyssa, will take of you” to close the sale. This was HORRIBLE customer service. ZERO stars. If this happened on my first visit, I would have only purchased the mandatory leotard instead of adding a dance bag and boots. Moving forward, I will only purchase the mandatory leotard and purchase everything else on Amazon. ALL of the Dressed 2 Dance employees and owner, should follow Annora’s professionalism towards EVERY customer that enters the door.

The ladies were lovely and professional. I was able to walk in and say 'my daughter is trying dance for the first time and I never danced' and they outfitted my girl, gave me some pointers and advice, but I never felt pressured to spend money I didn't need to, nor that any of my questions were silly. I appreciated the attitudes, friendliness and knowledge, as well as the availability of the basic items I needed, (comparable to box store prices!) I'm happy to continue to support this local business!

My daughter and I LOVE this shop! They carry all the best dance wear and the owner was so kind to come in and give my daughter a pointe shoe fitting at short notice. I love supporting their small business vs the big discount stores. Also, all the employees are so kind and very knowledgeable about all the products!
