Compre un carro con ellos en Julio, el carro se conductor por menos de 2 semanas, llama a el dealer puesto que se decomposo en medio de la calle! 3 días despues fueron a recoger para arreglarlo Han pasado mas de 7 meses yo pagando un loan y aseguranza en el carro mientras el dealer tiene mi carro en espera para arreglar! Les llano y dicen regresaran la llama da con una noticia cosa que nunca succede, me he presented para hacer el reclamo y solo me han dicho que su priories son los carrots de inventario para seguir en el neocon, los carrots de los cli notes lo arreglar cuando les sobre el tiempo, total mente incapable y poco professional, insistence completa mente y con una deuda de mas de 20,000 o n mis hombros son tener in carro para conductor 😳😡 no lo rand como do you n absolute e invito a las personas que an tenido el mismo problema o parecido a poner su queja NMDJ.GOV no permitamos que rate tipo de estafas sigan sucediendo a personas communes ytrabajadoras que con mucho ezfuerzo ganamos el dinero para que nos vendan un mal vehicular aprobechando la nesesidad!!

Edit: 11-30-24, i have now had the mustang for over a month, and am getting ready to have to make ANOTHER payment on the truck, the second since drive n motion took it as a trade in. they have yet to pay my truck off, and will not answer their phone when i call. i went in person 3 weeks after i bought the mustang and they said it would be done that week and they would call me monday to update me. they never called and it has been 2 almost 3 weeks since then. and they have still yet to pay off my truck. came in at 6 when they close at 7 to trade my truck in for a mustang. they were super helpful and quick. very friendly. gave me a very very fair deal for my truck on trade. would absolutely do business with them again

Do not do business with this dealership! I bought a Dodge Charger Scat Pack and was really happy with it, but the next day it started leaking oil. I called Drive N Motion to report the issue, and they insisted that since the car had been sitting, there was no way it could be leaking. I went down there and spoke to a guy named Robert, who was super unprofessional and rude. He claimed the car wasn’t leaking oil when it left the dealership but offered to look at it next week. I told him there was no way I could have caused the leak in just one day, and I decided to take it to my mechanic for a professional inspection. My mechanic found multiple issues, including the oil leak. I called Brad at the dealership and explained everything; he said they’d look into it. The bank I financed with also said they’d pull the car if it wasn’t in good condition, so I emailed the dealership a list of the issues along with pictures. After a couple of days, we finally scheduled an appointment for them to check it out. When I dropped off the car, Robert mentioned the car's top speed was 138 mph, which felt like an accusation regarding the oil leak. The car is used and had two previous owners, so I'm not the only one who drove it. His attitude was really rude and unprofessional. They said they would fix some issues that day, but then they couldn't get the car to start and had to take it to Dodge Melloy, promising I'd get it back the next day. Two and a half weeks later, I finally got my car back on April 7, 2025. They told me it should be good now and that it wouldn’t leak oil anymore. However, when I checked the car, I noticed they returned it without any coolant! Now I'm worried there could be engine damage.

I found them upon searching for a used car fitting my needs on cars.com. Brian and Josh were very friendly and courteous. They were transparent. They have their own mechanical service, and they get their cars inspected to a 3rd party. The car was clean and well taken care of. I initially tried to obtain a loan from a credit union but they kept ask asking alterations in the transaction. Dealer guys were able to assist me with the financing with a reasonable rate. They have free popcorn and snacks in the waiting room as well. Highly recommended.
