This shop is so special. Not only can you trust Domingo to work his magic in your shoes, it’s also a family owned business from someone born and raised in Fort Wayne.
On a personal note my husband and I are AVID Birkenstock wearers, and basically demolish a pair every season. Domingo is able to do full repairs and saves us money because we don’t have to buy new shoes.
Last round we even had some special requests for some adjustments on my husband's Birkenstocks and Domingo nailed the finished product.
10/10. My family will probably always have a pair of shoes here.

Highly recommend. Owner is super friendly and accommodating. Replaced several of my soles. One sole he replaced slightly peeled a few months later but he offered to fix it for free.

Such a cute store! Reminds me of a museum exhibit. Fixed my shoes for a fair price. I'll go again and recommend it to everyone else. The guy who runs it is thorough and knowledgeable.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a negative experience. My shoes have always come away looking brand new - almost like when I first got them out of the box. I recommend everyone bring their shoes here. The owner is extremely kind and hospitable, as well.

Aside from the best shoe repair and maintenance, they have shoe care supplies for you to purchase and use at home, too.

I will keep bringing my shoes here for as long as I can!

Years ago I had a shoelace eye replaced while I stood in the lobby in my socks.
A little over a year ago I took in a 12 year old pair of work boots. Had worn a couple of years regulalry then they got stuffed back only being worn a time or two for several years. Went to needing them daily again and the stitcking in the soles was dry rotted. Soles started falling off.
He explained it would be at least a couple of weeks if he ordered exact sole replacements but he had ome very good quality soles he could use and get fixed in a few days. He also exalined the cosmetic differences with the non-original soles. Over a year later I am still wearing these 13 year old boots 5 days a week.

Had some red wing boots re-soled here. After a few months, one heel was having some separation possibly from my own fault (though I thought I was careful), and he had me fixed up in a few minutes while I waited, he stands behind his work and always explains things excellently.
