Great local shop for all sort’s of boating supplies and equipment. Large inventory with friendly knowledgeable staff. Several new boats on indoor showroom floor and service is offered for repairs and maintenance.

Horrible attitude from the lady answering the phone. Assume it’s Kim. Never have done any business with them and I won’t be starting any time soon. Called for a boat storage. The way she answers the phone and the snippy attitude. I’ll store it somewhere else, whether they have a spot or not. Whatever happened to the days of customer service and speaking to customers with respect. Will never call them again.

Drove 3 hours to buy a boat on consignment. Was in contact with Jake the salesman for over 3 weeks. Told him I wanted to hear the boat run on muffs and have a compression check done before purchasing a 31k boat. Get there and ask to hear it run and he tells me he's not moving 3 boats to get it out even though I have cash in hand ready to but this boat. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced and do not recommend this place to anyone. They're going to come back with some excuse on they didn't know I was going to purchase the boat that day but I have the emails proving I had cash in hand and wanted the tests done that day and purchase. Poor excuse for a salesmanship and service!

Very nice selection. Lots of new boats to look at in the show room. Plenty of storage for boats. Conveniently located and they sponsor alot of boating events. But their biggest problem is they are not friendly. Been in multiple times and they are just down right rude. They also changed the sticker price on an item once that I bought from there making it more expensive at check out.

Called to ask about a boat that's listed for sale on their website. Was told boat was there on consignment. Asked about the overall condition and was told it's really good. I started describing some problems with a boat that I had looked at yesterday and the salesman starts saying yeah this one has that too. What happened to it's really good two minutes earlier? From that point on, the answer to everything question was, "I don't know, it's here on consignment." Asked about the new motor, "I don't know, it's here on consignment." Asked about taking it on a test run, "I don't know, it's here on consignment." No offer to call the owner and find out, no help at all. I'm not going to drive 2 hours to look at something if they aren't willing to help a little. I guess the owner of the boat and the salesman missed out on some money because I have cash in hand and am ready to buy today. Guess I'll be going elsewhere.

Great company with very helpful staff. I've done business with ESM on multiple boats that I have purchased from them and other sources. They have been an extremely helpful resource for parts and accessories. They have an extensive library of documents to locate components that were not available through the web. Would recommend East Side Marine to anyone interested in getting into boating. Prices are competitive with internet retailers. A+
