TERRIBLE! So I found my dad’s old Tony Lama boots, he passed away 13 almost 14 years ago. And he would wear the boots riding his motorcycle and wore a hole in the left toe, I wanted the boots to get fixed up to where they were looking brand new. I went in there well over a week ago and dropped them off they said they could fix it and make them look brand new, so I was really excited. Well that changed when I decided to stop in because they said they would be done by Thursday September 26, they were supposed to call me but they never did so I stopped in to check on them. Not only did they not fix any damage to the boot they tried to dye them a light brown color. I never said 1 thing about dying the boots. They didn’t fix the hole and it looked like they just painted them. I was extremely disappointed they said they could remove the dye so of course yes take the dye off I gave them a second chance and they disappointed me again. The hole they “patched” was very amateur looking work and they also had to stitch another part of the boot that was ripped at the top of the neck. Very ugly work would not trust them with anything ever again. DON’T GO HERE! I’ll post pictures of the boots before I dropped them off and after I picked them up. Took my shoes, a new gift, to them to only put on the red none slip protection bottom of my heels. They didn't take the time or care when trimming them and cut up the edges of my shoes. My husband picked them up when he got home and I saw them I was devastated. I called and they said bring them back in. With at 40 min drive one way I couldn't run them back and need to wear them. The only thing they can do now is paint the edges. Please take caution taking high-end products to them. If they are able to help the damage done, I will update my review.

Definitely not impressed. The soles had come loose on these shoes. When I dropped them off the said the repair was easy, no problem. The ticket said Glue Soles so I understand they were going to be glued. But when I picked them up they are a hot mess with glue visible around both shoes. I asked what happened why is the glue showing can that be fixed and they said that's just the way it goes. Seriously? I had to pay $20 for a job I could have done better with a tube of super glue. We won't be back. Very disappointed in the poor craftsmanship.

I have trusted and chosen these wonderful, skilled magicians for decades to be able to bring back life to my one of a kind shoes, to widen my tall boots which are too thin for my sharply legs, and also to repair the simple shoes I run around in until the soles fall off. The picture is of Luis, the owner, who has always been here to restore my shoes, boots, and purses. During my hippy summer, he even helped me put together my first handmade pair of leather sandals. He managed to attach the soles when I couldn't figure that step out. Thank you guys for always being able to figure it out, put them back together, and be like family. You and your shop are the best of a hard to find specialty.

Their prices are reasonable. If you have a pair of shoes that you want to preserve, go here before they get too damaged. All shoes eventually reach a point of no return...
