All the staff here was very helpful and friendly. Starting in April when I came in to look at wedding dresses. Elegant L had everything we needed. The seamstress that did the alterations was professional and did an amazing job. We were also able to get all the make-up I needed, the tuxes, and all my accessories. She was even willing to try to help with an emergency seven days before the wedding. I would highly recommed this store.

Given the wrong dress and they claimed that the people sent it from where it was made because that dress was out of stock. I would have liked to be informed of it not being available when it was initially ordered. I was really looking forward to it since it was my senior prom.

Very glad I decided to make the drive to Shelbyville. The woman that runs the store is very knowledgeable and made the experience incredibly pleasant. She ended up picking the perfect bridal gown for me, and in the end it was the one I went home with. Very small salon, personalized service, and easy to find the dress styles you want.

I don't live in Shelbyville and needed my make up done. Got there a little early and walked arounf the store. They have some beautiful dresses there. Even got a new pair of earrings for my daughter's wedding.
Make-up looked great and did a pretty darn good job lasting from 10 am to midnight, in August and the electric went out for an hour at the barn reception.

Well worth the drive if you are coming from Indy. My daughter had grown out of her dress for a dance and the lady that owns it helped us out with what we needed. They were quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I totally recommend this place.
