The customer service is consistently top-notch—everyone is so attentive and knowledgeable, making each visit a pleasure. This store is wonderful - it has beautiful imported pieces that are high quality and they offer a broad range of prices. The styles are unique and Bernice is such a lovely woman - I highly recommend checking it out! She helped me find a fun and unique matching denim set - can’t wait to wear it 🙂

I have been a customer of Eleganza since I moved to Sarasota in 2015. Berenise is always there everytime I come in helping me with my selections. I can honestly say that if you are looking for something that no one else will have, that special purse or coat for someone special, Eleganza is where you need to shop. I have brought many friends there who were visiting, and they always walk out with something they can't find anywhere else. Her line is beautiful and always top notch!

This wonderful store could easily be in NYC. The quality of the goods Berenise sells is unparalleled. Everything in the store is very unique. I myself purchased men's shoes, belts, and a wallet.
My lady friends loved the unique bags, scarves, jackets, etc.
Just walking into the store is an eye opener.

Do not buy here. I brought a leather bag and a pair of readers. I went to return the readers because they were too big and would fall down. The owner would not let me change or return them. She did not work with me. I mean for a small amount like $33.00 she lost me as a customer. I asked if I can have a credit and she said no to that too. I guess I will not be buying there anymore. Not good customer service. Just for the record she never said it was on sale or final clearance. It’s sad that for such a small amount a business would rather loose a customer. At least I don’t have to worry because I will never shop there again. On top of everything else I don’t think the readers were new either. Not sure. There was no box or package on them or price. She had a pair on that I complimented her on and that’s when she showed me them without a box or package.

I have been in this store several times. Every time I go, I am always greeted with a welcoming smile. They have beautiful leather apparel. The handbags and clothes are so unique and well-made. Bernice (The owner) chooses the best brands from Italy, and she has a story behind the maker of these brands. Just a pleasure to shop there. I highly recommend it. I was there today with my friend.

Many retail stores have attractive window displays to draw the customer inside. Eleganza has the best one ever in Liona. I was walking down the sidewalk early one morning and noticed a beautiful furry cat sunbathing in the store window. I had to meet this cat, so I came back later in the day. While Liona drew me in, it was the handmade Italian leather products that took over. The owner Berenise was very friendly and knowledgable and made great recommendations. I ended up purchasing some handcrafted Italian leather shoes and my friend got a handbag and several accessories. On another visit, I picked up several holiday gifts for family and friends. In a world of nondescript chain stores, Eleganza is a place to shop for unique hand crafted Italian leather goods. You can also meet Liona when you stop in.
