Scheduled a diagnosis and they were able to find the problem and offer a solution at a fair price and got it taken care of the same day! I work third shift so they offered an after hours pickup which was so helpful! Everybody was super nice and professional. Will continue to take my vehicle here for any future repairs!

First off I want to say that these guys are very friendly. But friendly doesn’t always mean good work I suppose. This shop has really good reviews so maybe I just caught them on a bad day?
My complaints aren’t just because I’m disgruntled, they are factual.

-I was overcharged even though the numbers were present on the invoice at the time of the transaction for the mechanic (not by much, still concerning). I had to be back to work in a hurry so I don’t look at the invoice until later on.

-I was assured by the mechanic the issue was better. Nothing improved. I feel the repairs done were probably not even needed.

-A simple mistake but the mechanic tried telling me my oil change was due. I just had it done 5 days prior. He said I was 219 miles away from needing the service according to the dash display in my vehicle and that the people who did the service did not reset the oil life. The 219 miles indicated my fuel range left until I am out of fuel…
He even went as far as telling me the oil looked worn down (trying to sell the service based on false information about the mileage).

I feel taken advantage of.

Again, kind people. But I spent ALOT of money for all of these mistakes to be made and issues not being resolved. I am a mechanic (heavy duty) and I do not make these kinds of mistakes/choices when dealing with customers.

I normally do my own work on my vehicles. This was actually my first time EVER taking anything to a shop except for tires/exhaust work. It’s my first new car and I figured it deserved to be taken to the shop. And I get burnt out on working on vehicles all day and then having to do my own when I get home. Needless to say, I’ll stick to working on my own vehicles.

Was hearing a noise with my brakes. Gave them a call to schedule an appointment. Check in was quick and easy. They kept me informed every step of the way. When all was said and done a reasonable price was quoted for the work that needed to be done. Will definitely be returning if I have any more issues.

Had car trouble on interstate while out of town. Got towed to their shop 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday. Found a missing brake caliper bolt. Replaced and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Fantastic job!

Had a huge fluid leak causing my brakes to fail. Dropped my car off and Matt Elstro got me in as soon as his schedule opened up that week. I came here because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. Best mechanic experience I’ve had to date! Keep it up guys!

Great experience overall, scheduled to have checked out for a couple of repairs, upon further inspection needed a bit more, they were able to fix within 2 hours. Great price as well!
