It’s not everyday I let two strange men in my home. On this day these men delivered my future, my comfort and my solace. Empire furniture went above and beyond. Sammy, and Moe took the time, care and attention to win my business. In all honesty, I visited 6 furniture stores, these two were the only guys who gave me their undivided attention. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will be recommending their business and service to all in need of the best of furniture. I am beyond pleased with my purchase and I can’t thank the team enough for making my decision easy.

Trying to help my cousins move into their first home and I’ve never seen a company so inexcusable in my life. We have wasted countless hours with a bunch of people, waiting on the delivery of their furniture. They were supposed to deliver yesterday, and my family wasn’t notified until 20 minutes after the delivery was supposed to arrive that they wouldn’t be showing up. Then we, again, were waiting all day today for their “next” delivery time, and now we mysteriously cannot get ahold of them. Now my cousins are without a bed to sleep in tonight in their first home. What an awful experience in purchasing new furniture for your first ever home.

Best prices around! The same couches that were $3500 at Ashley’s were $2500 here. Couches arrived in perfect condition and only took 3 days after purchase to arrive. I will be shopping here again next time I need furniture.

Came here to buy a couch . Mo was so friendly and helpful . He made sure we were comfortable with what we bought and worked with us. We got delivery next day . The guys were polite fast and friendly. We will be back to purchase our next piece forw sure !!!

Showed up at 11:08am on a Monday and the store is closed. Aiight, maybe they're just a few minutes behind. So I Google sectionals and cruise my phone for a bit while I wait. Welp, it's now 11:46am and they are still closed.
Glad I didn't drive here from Illinois like some of the reviewers or I would have been salty af. Guess I'll go hit Ashley in Merrillville.
