Andy and Chloe are absolutely the best! Andy has always helped me with my shoes and he is so patient and kind. I am very particular about how my shoes fit and have some unique needs, he has always taken time to really make sure I’m happy and gives sound advise on recommendations. Recently I went in needing snow boots and Andy wasn’t there, usually I would leave and wait until he works but I decided to stay and shop. I had the pleasure of Chloe helping me! She is just as amazing! She was very sweet, patient and knowledgeable. I was torn between two boots and she was the trusted friend I needed in that moment to help me decide! I know there are many places I can buy shoes, but I will always go to see Andy or Chloe.

I shop mainly at the Lafayette IN store. I have always experienced superior customer service. The associates carefully measure your feet and if they don't have a particular shoe in stock they will search to locate and send the shoe to your home. They carry quality brands of shoes and work with you if you have inserts or foot issues.

The Lafayette store didn't have my size, so they called the Kokomo store. Luckily they had my size. I had shoes at my door the next day!!! You can't beat that service. Thank you for your superior service!! I can start my vacation off on the right foot. ?

Englin's has an incredible selection of footwear for all occasions. The staff is eager to help, and Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as I asked all of my questions and tried on LOTS of shoes. In the end, I walked away with two pairs, and I am looking forward to wearing my new and insanely comfortable shoes!

The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful because he is a podiatrist. I was having a problem with my ankle and he helped me to get the right walking shoe that would help. He was also very friendly.

I love buying from Englins simply because it's family owned. I enjoy the calls to inform me of upcoming sales. Great customer service. Go online find shoes I like from olakui. Call the store and order them and they ship to my house.

Walk, run, waddle, wobble, do anything and everything you can to get to this absolute community TREASURE of a footwear mecca! I was walking past on my way to the mall's sporting goods store to look for yet another pair of name brand walking shoes for my daily 2.5 - 5 mile walks around my neighborhood, and WOW am I glad I stopped in! These people genuinely care about your needs, take the time to measure your feet, discuss your experiences and wants/needs/desires, and offer professional service + suggestions to make your shopping experience unlike anything you could ever dream of from the usual department store/sporting goods store shoe shopping frustrations! Absolutely THRILLED with my Brooks Glycerin walking shoes, Aetrex custom orthotics, and most of all with my 45 minutes of dedicated customer service with Kent, who has been in the business for 40 YEARS! I will be back and telling EVERYONE about this footwear CATHEDRAL! Superior customer service and selection experience from start to finish! Thank you Kent!
