This place is a joke ! Had my truck for 8 months, ever time I called got the run around , finally got my truck lifted only to be told it needed to come down 3 in because he couldn't understand what the sound was in my rear end that was newly rebuilt front drive shaft was not put on , would call only to be told they would get back to me once they talked to Ernie then wouldn't get a call back for days then get a call from the man his self to be told ( I'm not going to be rushed , come pick up your truck I'm done ) don't understand how 8 months and 15k dollars is being rushed and my truck is unsafe to drive but he let it leave his shop this way ! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy , on top of the fact he is very disrespectful to me and my fiance ! If you want all your money taken from a half ass shop and your truck to only ride worse than it did before you took it there than this is the place to go ? , try to give me a quote of 3,500 for sway bar links that I found for $1000 on top of HIS SON ordering the wrong size coilovers and then they charged me a restocking fee when I wasn't even the one that ordered them if you own and operate a 4x4 shop you should know what parts to order or the way to find out the right size not blindly order parts and then charge the customer a restocking fee for your mistake

Definitely would recommend them for any work or new truck purchases. I just went in for an alignment and balance, they got it perfect. Truck rides night and day better, tracks straight with zero pull. Thanks to people at Ernie’s.

Finally! A shop that knows what they are doing...I dealt with 3 others in last 5 weeks trying to have suspension replacement corrected that another shop's in North Carolina shoddy work. Wanted a new lift kit put on my Ram Rebel. These folks not only are experts, they have a great business attitude, something that is rare in the USA post covid-19. Not to mention the whole gang is super friendly and made us feel appreciated. I'm taking my Jeep Wrangler to Ernie's so they can fix a mess the last shop made of lift and other off-road goodies.

Dropped my truck off at 8am, as per their request. I called at 230, they said it would be done by 445. They close at 5. I stopped in at 430, they still hadn't touched my truck. Said it may get done today. Why set an appointment if you dont work on what you make appointments with.
