Several different warehouses at this historic building with a couple loading docks in which are on Maxwell - be aware this facility is in the middle of a residential neighborhood where you’ll be backing into dock with traffic coming from both directions.

Found it best to come in off 41 to Maxwell all the way down so you’re set up without having to blind back in tight street.

Park on the left side right before dock & good luck finding someone - I got lucky to meet a local driver in which called over & let them know I was there as I went inside 1 dock & no one knew where to direct me - in fact they claimed to not even know the name of the street they were working on so that’s that.

They loaded within an hour.
Wasn’t bad at all - just very tight & a bit chaotic with getting traffic stopped, houses directly in front of you & very little room.

Recently bought a silverback SBX 54 in ground basketball hoop from my local Walmart. Box was chewed up, missing some parts. I’m just giving a shout out here to the customer service at Escalade!! They quickly got the missing parts out to me, basketball hoop is up and running. I’m blaming Walmart for the initial issues with missing parts, but customer service came to the rescue! Thank you!!

Bought 84” 3 in 1 table from Academy Sports. Box wasn’t damaged but base of table was broken in two places. Manual says not to return to stroke and contact them. Customer service informed me they were out of stock and had no repair parts so I would have to return to store for refund.

I have ordered replacement parts a couple of times, always with great service. Last week the DC connection on our air hockey table broke. I could not find the receipt, but they honored the warranty anyway. I received prompt friendly help and replies, and quick shipment as well. Got the table up and running again.

Absolutely the worst company i have ever had to deal with. Why isn't their
a zero star. I have been trying to get warrantied parts for my playground going on 38 days. A couple weeks ago I lost my son and have 2 girls that love to play on the playground. I have tried to call and email them to please try and get moving with this so i can get my girls outside to try and keep them busy. I have yet to have a response. I have a pending credit card charge from over a week ago and yet still don't know whats going on with my parts. I have 4 of there products in my gameroom and i promise there wont be another one purchased from Escalade. Looks like there motto is keep them hanging and maybe they will go away.

So i'm going to change my 1 star to 4. After brad the service manager contacted me, things started to move quickly. Although i never asked for anything he also provided a couple of yard games for my girls to play at no charge for the the inconvenience. I hope that this will be the service we receive in the future if needed.

Decent product, horrible customer service. I purchased an Atomic Foosball Table in 2010 which I have been happy with but my experience ordering replacement parts has been nothing but one frustration after another. I had to email and call them multiple times to finally get a hold of someone who could help me order the parts; seems like they don't have a dedicated staff during their normal business hours so you might not be able to get a hold of someone. Having not received the parts after a week, I called back and was told that their parts department was four days behind and that I would receive my order in another 2-3 business (5-6 calendar) days. In total, it will be over 3 weeks between my first email and when I finally receive my replacement parts; if they arrive by the time I was quoted. I will certainly not buy another product from this company which is unfortunate because my foosball table (seems to be discontinued) is a very good product but does not make up for their miserable customer service.

Decent people, but the service is atrocious. I filed a warranty claim almost 2 months ago, and I still have no idea what is happening. The first shipment was allegedly lost, although the company would not provide the tracking number. The second shipment never went out. The third shipment was a different item that had nothing to do with what I needed. The fourth shipment was initiated over a week ago, and no one can tell me what is happening. This is becoming laughable, as all I need is the anchors for a soccer goal that were missing from the original purchase.
